Nice & quite resort in the best place possible
We've spend our 11 days holiday at Laguna Resort. In one word: fantastic! With 3 kids and a rental car we had a wonderful holiday. Close to the Vilamoura Marina and terrific view over the Golf resorts around the place. With a rental car you have your own parking space. The apartment was exactly as described in the details. Spacious enough for our 5 person family. The swimming pool is very nice because the depth is only 1.30, ideal for kids without a swimming diploma. We don't want to forget to mention the Kids Club. Our kids (6 & 9) really loved it!! Amazing theme's (painting your own t-shirt, pirate treasure hunt ...). We felt special guests and the team really did everything to make it as convenient as possible. For sure we will return to this place of peace and rest.

Prima hotel.
Kleinschalig maar daarom juist fijn. Appartement ruim ingericht van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een nespressoapparaat, een vaatwasser en een wasmachine met droger . Minpunten:weinig opbergruimte voor kleding. Schoonmaak kon beter. Handdoeken werden weliswaar elke dag verschoond en de bedden werden opgemaakt en prullenbakken geleegd maar had niet idee dat er echt werd gepoetst.

The unit we stayed in was bright and airy, large patio doors, large windows, really distinct from conventional Portuguese builds. Loved the unit the setting was in a secure setting. The unit itself could do with more storage units for personal ware and more hooks to hang clothes, otherwise the kitchenette was well equipped, with even 2 ovens. All in all no complaints. Staff were very helpful, free bikes was a bonus.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der herzliche Empfang und die Betreuung über WhatsApp waren hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und schön, und es gab ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die einzige Kritik wäre, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and the view over the golf course lovely. We were checking out early and the team gave us packed lunch for the day as we wouldn’t make breakfast.

Great stay. View from balcony is amazing. Breakfast is great. 30 min walking distance to marina or 5 min taxi. Disappointed that, when we enquired about getting more coffee pods for the coffee machine in our room we were told that we weren’t allowed more. (we only got 2 for a 6 day stay)

Fantastic accommodation throughout - felt like I was on a retreat it was that relaxing. Stayed over looking golf course which gave us fantastic views (go armed with your mosquito repellant though) - the cafe and bar are well stocked and we enjoyed breakfasts and some lunches there. Pool area is lovely and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sadly the bar closed each night at 8pm - this may vary though depending on season. Ubers into Vilamoura and surrounding areas were always on hand and very reasonably priced (around 3.50 euro to Vilamoura) we would definitely book to go again

Amazing stay due to the friendly staff as well as great property - breakfast was superb with staff going out of their way to ensure you had everything you wanted and to your liking - we stayed 3rd to 7th May and had perfect weather- due to an early pick up on the last day we were packed off with a breakfast box which we took to the airport! A nice place but a disappointing experience
When we got there, we were told we were the first to arrive, yet were placed in a ground floor apartment next to the pool - one that didn't get sun any time of the day. We asked for a different one, but was told it was full, despite there being 7 people by the pool and no more than a dozen cars parked on the property!! The A/C didn't work in either the lounge or the bedroom and for the three nights we stayed there, it wasn't working for 2 of them. We used their 'whatsapp concierge' to report this, but nobody replied.

Very good place to stay in Vilamoura!
We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet and very well furnished. The kitchen was very useful and the room was easily accessible. There was a lot of free parking for the guests and the hotel was very close to the beach and to the center of Vilamoura (5-10 minutes away by car). The only downsides were that the bed was kind of hard and that the right way to get to the hotel was hard to find because the Maps app on iPhone leads you to the wrong hotel, you need to use Google maps to not be misled! We would come back for sure.

Great accommodation with amazing staff
We had a fantastic time! The team were so friendly and welcoming! The apartment was beautiful and tastefully decorated, and cleaned regularly for us! The food and served in the bar were great prices and delicious - apraxia thanks to Maria and the bar team who were barrels of fun! We will definitely be back, thanks for making our holiday so wonderful!

This place was superb, their were nine of us staying in three separate apartments and town house and all were excellent,would recommend anyone to stay here, will most definitely be staying here in the future
