Balkon piep klein kan je benen niet kwijt.Schroeven in de vloer van badkamer bij toilet in de kamer en slaapkamer stoot stoppers waren eraf achter elke deur stoot je je voeten lelijk open.

Keurig appartement en groot dichtbij voorzieninge
Keurig net en mooi appartement elke dag schoonmaak en regelmatig nieuwe handdoeken en badspulletjes mooi zwembad maar de ligbedden werden wel bezet gehouden prima personeel vriendelijk en behupzaam bij de receptie goede ligging bij winkelcentrum en restaurant 10 /15 minuten van mooi strand en OLd town

Ruime en schone kamers. Parkeren kan voor of naast het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel personeel behalve dame bij het binnen zwembad/fitness ruimte. Water Indoor zwembad is overigens niet verwarmd en met een diepte van zo'n 90cm totaal ongeschikt om in te zwemmen. Badmuts (m/v) vdrplicht. Ruime openingstijden restaurant. Winkelcentrum voor de deur.

After having our breakfast that on Expedia was added for £0 when booking we were handed a €25 bill. When challenging this with the breakfast staff they continually refused to let us speak to reception and they claimed not to understand English or acknowledge the shown booking from Expedia and the card machine was continually shoved under our noses aggressively. Then when attending reception and showing the receptionist and manager how Expedia says breakfast was added for £0 and a short (genuinely polite) chat we were threatened with police and the manager was shouting at me and making derogatory comments about how I am poor. None of which I rose to. Eventually I was told I would have to contact Expedia and ask for the refund of €25 but would have to pay the €25 to the hotel. They said that yes it was a mistake by Expedia but they refused responsibility as it’s not their website and their records show no breakfast included. I refused to pay €25 as the breakfast was very below standard (the cafe up the street does breakfast from €2). Begrudgingly the manager then agreed I could pay half the amount. It was incredibly unprofessional and if a manager acted like this to me after a 2 minute conversation where I was nothing but pleasant and simply trying to make my case then I would hate to see him in a real disagreement with a customer. He had to walk off in anger twice during the conversation. The whole ordeal reaked of a scam. The police never turned up, strangely enough?

Staff were great hotel well situated. Breakfast not to my liking but other food available was good. Service a little slow around the pool but no other issues.

Personnel : chaleureux et serviable. Restauration : buffet assez varié et de bonne qualité. Nous regrettons l'absence de plats régionaux. Snack un peu décevant (peu de choix). Bar en all-inclusive très agréable. Chambre : remplacement 3x /semaine. Propreté satisfaisante. Animation : qualité variable selon les jours. Localisation : un centre commercial juste à côté. Assez éloigné de la plage (10 minutes à pied). Le mieux est de louer une voiture (il y a un parking gratuit autour de l'hôtel). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Família com regime de TI
Férias em família com crianças pequenas em regime de TI, o pequeno almoço e a comida no bar da piscina é boa e com variedade iogurtes e fruta para os pequenos pizas, tostas, cocktails..., o almoço e o jantar não tem muita variedade e não é de grande qualidade. o espaço é agradável a piscina é otima, apesar não ter grande espaço para espreguiçadeiras nunca ficamos sem lugar. a limpeza QB, hotel já um pouco antigo mas cuidado,..staff, animadores, receção, limpeza, restaurante.....todos 5*. praia longe para ir a pé. no geral gostei muito e provavelmente irei voltar.

A nossa estadia foi na globalidade boa e agradável. O pessoal muito simpático e disponível. Instalações a necessitar de algumas melhorias, como a piscina, necessita de uma entrada para as pessoas que não sabem nadar, ou seja, uma escada de acesso na zona mais baixa. Necessita de melhorar o acesso à internet, muito má. Quanto à alimentação, melhor qualidade e variedade nas sobremesas. Ser mais claro nas indicações sobre as ofertas para a deslocação para a praia. Muito boa e disponível a equipa de animação

Mould in bathroom. Not a 4*. Noisy music late at night. Courtesy bus needed booking day before and only run twice daily. Food inedible had to eat out most days as unable to stomach. Sunbeds still reserved daily in spite of notice. Hotel is dated and needs complete overhaul. Only reception is o.k. towel service is unhygenic. Only changed every 3 days. I am extremely disappointed as this was an anniversary which has let us down badly. Is there any way of rectifying this matter. Very very very disappointed.

Nice clean hotel with good views
Reception is lovely and very modern, room was also very nice and clean with good views of the pool and sea in the distance. Hotel is in a quiet area but it's only a short walk to the shops. Beach is about a 15 minute walk away or you can book for the hotel to shuttle you down to the beach on the minibus for no charge. Pool could to with a bit of tlc but overall nice hotel.

Close to lovely albuferia
A 5 night stay in albuferia in May 2017. The hotel served its purpose that it was close to the old and new town - 10-15 minute walk either way. The pool was cold but when it's hot you can jump in no problem Enough sun beds around the pool always The rooms dated but comfortable enough This isn't a 4 star it's a 3 star at best, all the money had been spent in the reception area. The all inclusive service is below average. we ate in town 2 of the 5 nights so that kind of tells you the quality on offer (chips, rice, vegetables, 1 x fish dish (didn't go near it) 1 x meat dish (same) salad and bread. What was the most annoying is that the all inclusive snack bar closed from 12:00 to 2:30 every day so they could serve all inclusive lunch in the restaurant, but, however, you could pay for food from the snack bar if you did want it though....I've never heard of this before but reception told me it's very common this is done in albuferia? it was just very annoying as you've paid for all inclusive, and now this was a way of withdrawing the AI for a couple of hours each day and making extra money off of you if they could. Drinks AI were fine but cocktail machine at pool area avoid as tastes nothing like they should. We did have a word with the manager (nice guy) and he said they are looking to change this soon, it should be as soon as possible. I'd consider staying again but self catering only def not AI. Old town has enough restaurants serving nice quality food!

Great location if you enjoy a walk
The lobby is very modern however the rooms are a little dated (this wasn't a problem for us). We stayed in an apartment which was a really good size - Bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and then good sized living/kitchen/dining area. Balcony overlooked the pool with a table and chairs set. The hotel is halfway between the new and old town and both are about a 20 min walk; the beach we visited was in the old town as well. The pool area was ok for the time of year we went (April) and there were plenty of sun beds however I can imagine it would get very busy in the summer months and would be difficult to get a sun bed. The hotel is situated at the bottom of a hill so be aware of this if you have mobility issues. There is a hotel bus but we didn't use it so I'm not sure when it was in service.

Convenient Hotel with friendly staff
The hotel was ideally situated between the old town and the new. Only about 10 mins either way. Also far enough away from busy bars to not be affected by the noise. Convenient huge supermarket just 2 mins up the road.
