Heerlijk verblijf
Heel schoon en ruim appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Aankomst verliep soepel alsook het vertrek. Ruime slaapkamers met ieder eigen badkamer. Zowel vanuit woonkamer als slaapkamer schuifdeuren naar terras. Vanuit terras gelijk door richting zwembad. Allemaal even schoon en netjes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is perfect. In a quiet area close to everything. A beautiful outdoor space both in front of condo for morning sun and back patio for afternoon sun. A 20-30 min walk to old town depending on walking pace and where in town. Really responsive host and property manager. Only observation, maybe some new towels and a sharpe cutting knife. We would definitely stay again. I couldn’t imagine finding a more ideal space and location!

A lovely quiet relaxing complex and the apartment was pristine and fully equipped. Walkable distance to the Marina with a good selection of restaurants and bars. The local bus is only minutes away from the apartment which meant it was easy to get to old town and new town. Taxis were cheap too, if preferred. Would definitely recommend it for a quiet break away.

Das Apartment ist genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Sauber, groß und schön eingerichtet. Lage ist ebenfalls super. Man erreicht schnell mit dem Auto die umliegenden Strände, die Altstadt, Supermärkte usw. Können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious, clean apartment
The apartment was a great size and clean throughout. Comfy beds and sofa with sun loungers and ground floor access straight to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and 2 bathrooms (shower in each) was great too. We were met on arrival and given 2 sets of keys and a quick tour of the apartment, how to work the shutters, WiFi etc. We left to enjoy the holiday after that. Only issue was the pool rules - no balls or inflatables were allowed in the larger pool, although they were in the smaller pool.

Beautiful grounds with loads of space , lovely play area for kids. not overcrowded, plenty of sun loungers by the pool plus there is also ones at apt. 5 min walk to marina with several restaurants & small spar shops that has basics essentials. There is also a smaller shop/bakery on street b4 marina . 5 min taxi journey into old town for larger selection of shops or restaurants. We used Uber app ,cost bout €5, or you cud walk.

Harbour stay at Albufeira
We stayed in this 2 bedroom place for the month on February. We absolutely cannot say anything bad about the place or the way we treated. The keys were brought to us within 5 minutes of arriving at the gate. We were given a tour of the apartment and all questions were answered. The unit is fully appointed it was like living at home. Very comfortable. Very safe and extremely quiet. The area is very well situated. 3km walk into the old town centre right along the ocean. Nice daily exercise. There is every convenience very close by from bakeries, grocery store, pharmacy to very restaurants. We hope to go back again!!! Highly recommended the unit and the management of the unit!!!

Evening was great manager meeting us the apartment was fabulous everything you need outside very well kept no problems at all.we know the area very well ,had a prob with the key code but it was all sorted as the manager met us. We did miss having a bbq it does say in listing there was one as we don’t go out much we like to stay in have a bbq and relax on the patio,we are not use to hanging about until check in time we have never had to do that as we can get in the villa we used any time we wanted but they no longer rent it out other than that I can say we will book for next year

Gostámos imenso da nossa estadia, a casa é óptima, muito bem equipada e muito bem mobilada. Tem um acesso directo à piscina o que é perfeito! A piscina é enorme e o condomínio muito agradável, sossegado e limpo. A localização é boa, fica perto da marina, mas para ir para o centro de albufeira e para as praias são alguns minutos de carro.

Apartment was very spacious & very well equipped. Kitchen contained; dishwasher & washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, plus a large fridge freezer. Lounge had 6 seater dining table plus sofa & 50” TV with Netflix. Individual Air-con in each room, lounge, bedrooms etc. 2 bathrooms, one with shower over bath and one with shower cubicle. Set in a very clean and well maintained gated complex with security staff monitoring the pool area. 2 Loungers we’re available with the apartment and a 6 seater outdoor patio table set. Additional loungers were available on first come first served basis around the pool. Security ensured that these were not hogged by towels & unused, No issues getting additional ones. Plus there were lots of green grass areas around the pool, to lay towels on. Larger pool for swimming and play plus a smaller baby pool. Note airbeds and balls not allowed in the large pool. Great location for the Marina which has shops, chemist, hair salons and bars & restaurants etc. Some great outdoor electric play items for younger kids as well so plenty to do on the doorstep. Taxi rank / Tuk-Tuk’s also located at Marina so easy access to transport if you don’t want to walk. Great views of the Marina and Beach were all part of the walk though. It’s an easy walk into the old town if you want it a bit more livelier. Ideal location if you want the best of both worlds. Quieter Marina with easy access to the busier Old Town.

Property 'Q' suffers from 1990s styling with light oak dooors and frames, complementary wall colours and furniture which is all straight lines. The kitchen looked more like 1980s with an old gas burner hob arrangement, a fridge door which opens into the space you are using and poor, elderly utensils. However, there is plenty of parking, the location is semi-central and the pools area is spacious.

Had a great week staying here, easy access to everything. About 20min walk to the beach, 10mims to Marina. Bus stop 5mins takes you to Lidl and Aldi to stock up on food. Bus takes cash only single fare around €1.50. Lovely clean apartment. Quiet location. Will be coming back with the kids next time as also few things for them to do locally at the marina.

Fab apartment, 5 mins from the marina and about 25 mins walk to beach....get around by using UBER for taxis which is easy or the tax rank near the marina. Accomodation being ground floor was ideal for us to just access the pools with was and you get the sun all day. Would highly recommend to anyone either stay as a small group or a family.

Albufeira, indeed Portugal, is a fantastic place to holiday. We were there for 3 months and would have loved to stay longer. The marina, where we rented our lovely condo, was 5 minutes walk with many really good restaurants. The scenery was outstanding with all the boats moored there. The walk into the Old Town was along the Ocean…..that was a treat for the eyes. It was 25 minutes of walking pleasure. Lastly, the Condo is perfect for adults or families. It is lovely, spotless and well equipped. The owner is very understanding and he responded immediately to any questions we had.

Not one complaint about apartment itself. In one word: Perfect. All amenities you could ever want. Very comfortably furnished. Communication with owner: excellent. Communication with local manager: poor. Manager did not respond to multiple txt msgs. Also hard to reach by phone, Had to wait 20 min. for him to arrive at apartment to give us access.. Only one set of keys provided: ridiculous for apt that can house up to 6 guests. Manager denied request for a second set. Owner agreed to second set but it was never provided before our departure. Our group did not always come and go together.....key issue was very inconvenient,

The apartment was excellent. Beautifully furnished and in top condition. Ground floor, which was great pool access for our 13 and 11 year old who were fit to come and go as they pleased. Comfortable beds, fans that quickly and quietly adjusted the room temperature. A quiet gated area. My kids often had the pool to themselves (early August). Clientele seemed to be mostly families; predominantly French, one German and a couple of Irish families. Three minutes walk from the marina, offering lovely bars, restaurants, souvenir shops. There's even a free-fall jump and a trampoline pitch for the little ones. Halfway there are shops, taxis, a hairdresser and even a podiatrist for those whose winter feet have not been primed for summer! It's a short €5 taxi ride to the Old Town for those unable or unwilling to walk it (lovely coastal walk but 'hilly'). Our only issue was accessing the wifi connection,however I believe it was an O2 network issue as our 'neighbour' was able to get access immediately. I would definitely recommend this apartment. They set a high bar.

Relaxing holiday in very comfortable surroundings
We have just come back from a one week holiday in albufeira. This property was fantastic. Mrs Rita was there to let us in when we arrived at 11.30am which was fabulous as it meant we could start our holiday right away. The property is immaculate. The lounge and dining area is well laid out and has modern comfortable furniture. We liked that there were ‘good’ dishes and glasses in the sideboard and cabinet that we could use if we wished to. There’s a fantastic speaker tower for the iPods or phones and the sound quality was brilliant. Nice sized TV and very comfy sofa. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes glasses pots and pans and utensils. The hob and oven are in great working order and in fact we cooked in a couple of times during our holiday. The bedrooms very comfortable, again with modern furniture. The beds were very comfy especially for a holiday accommodation. Loads of drawers and wardrobe space. The en-suite was very modern and spacious and the shower room the same. Every window in the property has shutters which are operated electrically and the property is situated within a gated area. A 5 minute walk takes you to the marina where there are a great selection of restaurants. A 25 minute walk takes you into Albufeira old town which is such a charming place. This property is highly recommended, and we would be delighted to come back again.

All aspects of check in and out were seemless. Any enquiries prior to arrival were answered quickly and accurately. Owner was very helpful. Very comfortable, modern apartment with excellent facilities and very well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. Pool was fabulous! 5 min walk to marina, bars and restaurants. 5 Euro in taxi to old town and Aldi or Lidl for a large shop. We would certainly book again.

A fabulous apartment in a quiet loaction but close enough to local amenities and marina
I was very impressed with the apartment and the location . A 5 minute walk to the Marina and 25 minute walk to the old town . The apartment is well decorated and the facilities are excellent . We had the pool to ourselves for the week which was wonderful albeit the pool was very cold at this time of year . A lovely touch to leave us water and wine on arrival , thank you we will be back .

Fantastic apartment in lovely relaxing surroundings
We have just returned from a 2 week stay here with our 2 children & I cannot fault this apartment or the owner, the place is fantastic & the owner very helpful & friendly. The apartment is in a secure gated complex and is clean, modern & spacious. It opens out directly onto the pool area, which even in the middle of August was not crowded and the gardens are very well kept. The apartment is well furnished especially the kitchen with essentials you may need & the complimentary bottle of wine & water were a nice touch. There are some beach toys & books etc to keep you entertained & lots of English channels on the tv which the kids watched while cooling off in the middle of the day in the lovely air con. You are only a 5 minute walk to the marina with a selection of restaurants & shops, then 10 minutes by car to town & big supermarkets. The beaches in this area are lovely, we visited a different one almost everyday but non any more than a 15-20 minute drive away. The location is perfect, quiet in the immediate area but a short drive to beaches & Albufeira town. It's also very close to the Zoo Marine park which I would highly recommend. In fact we loved it here that much we have already booked again for next August!

Fantastic apartment in a great location
When we first started looking for an apartment in the Algarve, this was exactly what we were after. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless with two decent sized bedroomsand two lovely bathrooms, both with shower. The pool area was perfect and gave us the peace and quiet we wanted. At the same time we were only a short 5 min walk from the marina and a number of small shops. Then a 20 minute walk away is the hussle and bussle of the main town. I really couldnt fault it and my travelling companions would agree. Many thanks.

Beautiful apartment on a lovely complex. Little supermarket within a couple of minutes walk next to a nice cafe, where you can get nice pastries. Spar on the marina sells fresh pizzas and sandwiches. A taxi ride to Lidl or Aldi is worth it to stock up. The beach and old town are about a 25 minute walk with small children but great to do. Roger and Rita were very accommodating and we hope to return. Thank you 😊

Stunning apartment
Although difficult to find the property in the dark, once we found it, we were overwhlemed by the standard of the property. Beautiful finished, well equipped and luxurious are the only ways to describe it. A car is needed if you want to go anywhere except the local marina but it is well worth staying here. Pool isn't heated which was a shame but the gated community made this a lovely private retreat. Well placed for lots of days out.

Couldn't have been happier!
This apartment is amazing. I was nervous booking at first as it had no reviews and seemed very new. However it was amazing! Apartment is beautifully decorated to such a high standard, I believe it was the show home when the apartments were first built. So much space lovely comfy beds with luxury blankets and pillows. Plenty of towels and it was also immaculate. The pool area is gorgeous, it's peaceful and plenty of sunloungers (although you have your private ones on the terrace anyway) The pool was spotless. The shutters on the windows make it lovely and dark in the mornings and it felt very safe on the complex. Marina is a few minutes away. Old town was a little bit further than expected. It took us about 20-25 minutes to walk as we had children and a pushchair, but the walk is along the coast so it's lovely. Same sort of distance to the beach. There is a large Aldi superstore which we got a taxi to for 6€ we done a big shop and it was very cheap! I cannot wait to go back again! X
