Luxe appartement met 3 slaapkamers - een prachtig uitzicht, directe toegang tot de jachthaven en een gedeeld zwembad

Dit is een luxe appartement met 3 slaapkamers eigenlijk op Vilamoura Marina. Volledig gerenoveerd in 2012-2013 met nieuwe keuken, nieuwe badkamers, vloeren, sanitair en elektra. Tijdens het vervangen van meubels en verlichting in juli 2018. Gelegen op de begane grond en eerste verdieping met uitzicht op de jachthaven van Vilamoura en met directe toegang tot de jachthaven via een gesloten poort vanaf het verhoogde terras op de begane grond. Terwijl het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant op slechts 200 meter afstand ligt, ligt het appartement in het rustigste deel van de jachthaven. Bekroonde golfbanen omringen vilamoura - gemakkelijk te bereiken met een korte taxirit of de openbare fietsen van vilamoura of de toeristentrein.

Excellent stay in a perfect location

Had an amazing holiday in this apartment. The layout suited us perfectly as our teens had the downstairs space to themselves. Pool was love to relax by in the afternoon. Would never tire of the view from the upstairs terrace, watched the boats come and go for hours. The location is very central for bars and red but tucked round the corner so no noise issues at all. Can’t wait to return!

Great location!

Stayed 5 days in October with 3 couples comfortably in this condo. A few steps from marina boardwalk and a variety restaurants & stores to shop…some very walkable small groceries also available. Perfect location for sleeping also..condo was around the corner from main thoroughfare, so very quiet. The owner was extremely quick to respond with any questions asked. Would recommend!

We had a 6night stay at this property, it is a perfect location for a stay in Vilamoura. Waking up to the view of the marina every morning watching the boats coming and going was amazing. The restaurants and bars were close by, prices vary and sometimes the service was slow but overall a great place to go. The swimming pool was very clean and not too busy. Amentities close by and accessible, would definitely recommend this apartment and location.

Fantastic home from home

Beautiful property in the perfect position to enjoy everything Vilamoura has to offer. Annie is always helpful, friendly and provides a quick response to any question. Walking distance to the beach, all the bars and restaurants, family golf and the boat tours plus a lovely shared pool. Really the perfect base for any holid.

Phenomenal Villa

Absolutely amazing villa. It is the perfect place to stay to visit Vilamoura Marina and all its bars and restaurants. You are in the thick of it but far enough out you don't hear anything. The villa has everything you need for a holiday. Communication was second to none. 100% will be going again.

Fabulous location

This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment. We love the location over looking the marina - great to watch the world go by with a coffee or prosecco! Its near to all the bars, shops, restaurants and beaches, so in a perfect location. It was equipped for all our needs and even provides beach towels, which is a bonus.

Amazing!

Fantastic property in a great location! Walking distance to beaches, all the restaurants and bars just around the corner without the noise. The views are fantastic from the two front terraces. Great showers, comfy beds and everything you could need. Parking right outside the back door made it so easy. Great communication from owners with all the info needed. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Both the condo and location, right in the marina, were absolutely wonderful. We loved having morning coffee and evening drinks on the upper terrace overlooking the marina. Visited several restaurants in the marina and all were good. The location made it very easy to explore other areas of the Algarve region. Communication with Annie was seamless. She provided information and was in contact before and during our stay. Just a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. We hated to leave and will definitely stay again.
