Fabulous apartment. Good location for the strip, beaches, short walk to the old town, which is our preference to the strip, a reasonable priced taxi back from old town after an evening out. Would stay again 100%

Great apartment nice and quiet but very close to the strip with plenty pubs clubs and restaurant. It had everything we needed big comfortable bed and big gorgeous terrace lots of privacy with there being no maids but more than enough essentials, lots of towels toilet rolls etc even had hairspray and deodorant etc I loved this place and would book it again the only thing I didn’t like was the sun disappearing over the building leaving the gorgeous big terrace in the shade from around 1pm each day but plenty space and loungers at the pool with sun shining on it all day

Short holiday in Albufeira
We decided to book a short stay in our favourite place. and found this lovely property in Albufeira. Checking in was easy, we met Teresa in the lobby, she took us up to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place, and left us to it, Stephen let us check in early which was a bonus and the location of the apartment is perfectly situated between the old town and the strip as we usually visit both while in the Algarve, a supermarket is nearby for any provisions you need. The photos of the apartment don’t do it justice to be honest, there is everything you could need for your stay. Our only minor niggle was that there was no wifi, the tv had some English channels which was a bonus, but we weren’t in portugal to watch tv. The balcony area had nice views of the ocean. The pool area was ideal with plenty of loungers.

great views
great location and south - east views over Oura and the sea , sun on balcony in the a.m. and shade in the p.m. shower temperature a bit erratic. only one pool towel. foldaway chairs would be nice for a couple of hours on the beach. may visit again in the future. jphn

We are a couple of oldies. Lovely block and flat, had everything we needed, even Wi-Fi! Pool excellent. Very peaceful compared to some other nearby complexes. Very relaxing. Was worried about noise at night from the strip but no problem. View over sea to Vilamoura.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, la personne qui loue cet appartement n'est vraiment pas agréable et très froid, aucune indications pour notre arrivé. En revanche, l'hôte qui nous a reçu, teressa il me semble, était d'une gentillesse incroyable, elle a réglé les problèmes qu'on a pu avoir en arrivant et nous a directement mis à l'aise ! Excellent weeks break in a really lovely apartment
We had a great stay in this lovely apartment which is decorated and kitted out to an excellent standard. It had everything you’d need and more All those little things that you’d often have to buy or just do without were there The location is excellent - stones throw from the beach and from there you can walk all the way with your toes in the sand/ water up to the old town. It can be busy and a little noisy at night from the ‘strip’ but that’s more than made up by the view from the balcony and access to the beach and pool. We had a bit of a wait to get into the apartment but overall we had great communication with Stephen the owner throughout. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

The property itself has everything you can need both in the room and in the complex as well as being a five min walk to the beach. It's in a quiet and gated area so feels very safe and is a 10 min walk to the strip. It is around a 30 min walk to old town but it is also well connected with a tourist train, tuk tuks and taxis for those not able to walk it.

Description fidèle du logement. Bien agencé et bien équipé. Belle terrasse avec vue sur mer. Parking intérieur. Piscine propre avec nombreuses chaises longues. Accès plage en 5 min, attention cependant à la pente au retour. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Objekt liegt in einer sehr guten Lage, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. 3 Minuten zum Strand mit Strandbar. Am Pool sind genügend Liegen für alle. Super einfacher Check-in und sehr schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder

Fabulous Apartment
Just back from a two weeks stay at the apartment. Location wise great just back from the strip and a 15 to 20 minute walk on the beach to the old town. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you could wish for. Miss the mornings sitting on the balcony view of the sea eating breakfast. Would recommend this apartment . Being middle aged woman felt safe a it is also gated. Hope to come back soon.

Perfect peaceful break
Steve's Apartment is a lovely place to stay. Transport arranged for us very easy to get there and sorted. Was a little disappointed when first went out on balcony overlooking car park but soon as you see the further view it's lovely and the place is in a perfect position for everything. Easy to old town and strip if that is your thing. Next door is a restaurant chilli peppers which is so relaxing with lovely food and drinks at amazing low prices we ended up eating every day. Would definitely come back the bed is huge and so comfortable and get the early sun till around 1 pm in June on balcony. Only issue was the internet TV it was so glitchy didn't manage to watch anything fully without it freezing or just very bad quality. You don't go on holiday to watch TV but nice to just chill on an evening so would have been nice if worked. Easy access to lovely beach and spar supermarket just up road. Really enjoyed our time there it got better day by day

Sunshine escape
Really enjoyed our trip and the apartment was in a great location with a wonderful sea view. Great bedroom with a roomy king bed. Owner needs to increase wifi speed as it is too slow to watch tv and keeps freezing up. The cupboard above the sink where the dishes are located needs to be checked for mildew as a bad odour is there all the time. We had a great trip and thanks for allowing us to use your apartment and we would recommend this to others.

Lovely Apartment
Well equipped apartment on the 3rd floor of the complex. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Just a couple of hundred yards to the beach and you can walk into the old town along the beach which took a leisurely stroll of 25 minutes. Pool area very good with plenty of sunbeds for everyone and a large pool. Overall we had a very nice and relaxing holiday.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed
Had a lovely holiday. Beach only five minutes walk away. Walked into Albufeira most evenings along the beach (took about 20 minutes along the duck boards). The best meal we had was at the Tres Coroas restaurant in Albufeira, we had the Portugese steak which was delicious. We went to Vilamoura which cost €20 for us both each way. We booked this through the travel kiosks at Albufeira but I think Expose travel may be a bit cheaper. All in all a lovely week spent in a comfortable apartment in a location which suited us perfectly.

The apartment was first class and well equiped with good quality fixtures and fittings. Central location was excellent just 2 minutes to great beech and close to all ammenities. Every thing one could need was provided. The only item that could improve the apartment would be to get the shower operational. Would recommend it and definately use it again if the opportunity rose. Myself and partner had a fabulous holiday in a great apartment - total joy every morning watching sunrise was just the best experience - being just a stroll down to the blue flag beach another fab feature. I recommend you stroll 200 yards in your flip flops down the beach to the [on beach] restaurant where they serve the best steaks ever [have the peeper corn sauce !] . The apartment has everything you want for a beach break , we are planning to book for 2018 already.all good. Martin S

Perfectly located, modern holiday apartment with lovely quiet pool area.
Very pleased with our choice of holiday flat. The flat has every thing you need to have relaxing holiday, fully equipped kitchen, bright living area, modern bathroom and large bedroom with ample storage and very big bed. Air con in lounge and bedroom. The balcony gets the morning to mid day sun, with two sets of seating, one set cosy for relaxing & reading, 2nd for having breakfast or light lunch with your wine ! There is a lovely quiet pool area with plenty of sun loungers. A 5minute walk out of the back gate, you come out on to fantastic beach, which has seated bar for drinks & snacks. 10 minute stroll up the road you have the strip with plentiful bars & restaurants, worth checking just off main road. Finally a well organised pick up & drop off airport taxi. Thank you for a enjoyable holiday.

fabulous apartment
A lovely apartment with high quality fixtures and fittings, the shower was great, east facing to avoid late pm sun kept the rooms cool, lovely pool with comfortable loungers. Negative points!!!! Crockery poor, dinner plates did not fit into dishwasher which may explain why they were mouldy. they did not fit into microwave either. Back gate key lets you out but not in. Extra key would have been useful as the only way in was via the electric gates, so we had to be together on every excursion. Owner asked to organise transfer was not done on arrival, 50.00 euro taxi fare. Over all a good break in a nice complex close enough to activities but not noisy.

Perfect apartment, beautiful view
Perfect apartment with a beautiful view. Very nice decorated with quality furniture and devices. The chairs on the balcony are perfect relax / loungechairs to have a drink in the sun. There is also a Miele laundrymachine and dryer. And if you want to go to the beach, there are beachtowels and even sunhats. Everything is more than perfect. Safe and quiet area. Highly reccomended.
