Great location
Great location that we have stayed in many times in the past . This particular property could do with some TLC , air con inop in two of the three bedrooms, issue reported to the owner , maintenance team attended and discovered the filters completely blocked , both cleaned and placed back , air con persisted to make squealing noises which when sleeping became unbearable , ( possibly doesn’t get serviced ) garage broken upon checkin , reported , issue resolved for all of 24 hrs then again failed , unable to use the underground parking for the duration of our 16 day stay , fridge in the kitchen is broken ( freezer size / you are advised the freezer doesn’t work well in the heat , there is an error message on the display showing you it’s broken , also have had friends stay at the same property in the past and have the same view , water pressure is questionable , sinks in bathrooms and showers kept blocking ( I ended up having to buy drainage cleaners to clean them ) we were left with a fold up bed in the dining area of the house , rather unhygienic and not a pretty site to say the least , was advised a bedding change would take place during our stay ( this never happened ) we had to wash and change bedding ourselves , the villa could have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival , thick dust noticed under the beds and furniture , facilities / kitchen , we had to buy our own mop to clean the floors , the one left was broken and unserviceable , pool area in need of attention !

I have new cleaners and will be speaking to them regarding your comments. The foldaway bed should not have been in the dining room. Iam here now and air con is good and it has been serviced previously. Garage and pool will be pointed out to condominium management.

Great house but hard to find and difficult to communicate with the owner
Good house but the freezer were not working well The adress was wrong The number contact not available Was very hard to get to the right adress and that was stressful After that we enjoyed the house a lot However the freezer was not working well and the barbecue is bad could be improved

Lovely location
We had a wonderful time in the Algarve. There were a few issues at the house but Janette was quick to deal with them. We enjoyed the use of the pool which was refreshing after a hot day sightseeing.

Highly recommended
We would recommend this villa. We had a great time staying here. Beautiful and spacious, and clean. The air con was great and no problem with using the Internet. Everything you could possibly need. It's like home from home but a bit better. Janette always replied straight away with information if we needed any help with anything.

The property was perfect for our stay in portugal with three bedrooms all ensuite the property was well presented and equipped The check in instructions were clear communication with the owners was first class and they responded to questions or queries very quickly will certainly return if available next year

Great Property and Host
Recently stayed at the villa with family and grandparents. Villa is spacious clean and a great place to holiday. Pool and grounds we're well kept. Pool was not too deep so felt safe with children. Cabanas and tavira are quaint places to visit with nice bars and restaurants. Host was really helpful . Managed to lock ourselves out. Host arranged for spare keys within the hour really helpful. There is traffic noise from the road. But didn't spoil our holiday. Overall a great place to stay.

Pure relax
A propriedade é fantástica. Muito bonita e bem decorada. Está perfeitamente preparada para 6 pessoas. Estacionar na zona é a parte mais complexa mas também se resolve. A casa fica perto das necessidades básicas e os acessos de carro à praia fazem-se muito facilmente a partir da localização da mesma.

Highly recommended
A beautiful villa in a complex of four. Very clean and comfortable,well decorated with a well stocked kitchen and great air con throughout. All bedrooms had their own ensuite which was a bonus. Had a few problems with the Wifi and TV for the first couple of days which was quickly sorted out. The Villa is about 20 mins walk to Cabanas and has a main road behind which you can hear during the day but very quiet at night. Taxi to Tavira takes about 10 mins and is definitely worth visiting. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and five minutes walk to local supermarket.

Not quite as advertised
This is a very nice villa and we enjoyed our stay. It is modern, clean (except for the garage where the game tables are) and we always felt safe and secure. However, we were disappointed upon arrival to find the pool and hot tub empty and under repair. Given the description and photos, and lack of a "heads up" from the owners, it was an unpleasant surprise. It is close to the highway so a bit noisy at time, but that also provides quick access to Tavira and points beyond. Close to beaches. Quiet except for the traffic. Great restaurant within walking distance.

Fantastic villa.
Fantastic villa. Very well equipped. The air conditioning an absolute godsend. Great Wifi access. We had an amazing holiday. Thank you. Only downside is the noise from the road.

Great Place to Stay
It took us a little bit to find the place, but after we did it was a great place to stay. Lots of room and not a lot of neighboors. The pool was lovely and everything was close by. Uber was available and came in quite handy for trips to the beach and into Tavira. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us rent your place.

The villa is amazing and well decorated. The garden and pool were stunning.
We had a wonderful time at Ian and Janette's villa. It was a lot more beautiful than the photos. The villa was very spacious and accomodated seven adults and three children confortably. Janette was lovely and arranged perfect cots and beds for the children. The kitchen was very well equiped and we even got beer and wine waiting for us in arrival! The outdoor seating area was wonderful as we could enjoy the manicured garden. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for families and we were mostly on our own, as the other families came at different times. The air conditioning kept the house cool. The water in the showers was not always quick to warm up but it did not bother me as I was always hot. Tavira town and beautiful beaches were very close by. We definitely recommend it and the dinners at sunset eaten alfresco with my family will always stay in my memory. We had a great time, thank you!

Spotless and beautiful house
The house was spotless and very comforatble. We wish, as we were only staying 4 Days, to have some toitletries in the bathdrooms, enough toitlet paper and a bar of soap. Everything else was very nice. Thank you so much

Thankyou for the review, Initial toilet paper is provided in all bathrooms. Soap dispensers are available in all bathrooms. I am sorry if this what not the case during your stay. I will feedback to my representative in Portugal.
