Loved our view
Had the month of March here. Wonderful walks into Albufeira. Got to know lots of fine eateries. Got to walk the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail. Would recommend that to everyone. Met lots of friends here (new and old). Thanks for the accommodation. Loved doing my laundry on the large terrace.

Lovely spacious apartment, with large balcony
We really enjoyed our stay here and the apartment is just perfect: clean, spacious and a lovely balcony with views out to sea. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of cooking utensils including microwave, pots, pans etc, coffee maker. We had everything needed for our stay. The bathroom was very modern and clean and the shower worked perfectly with good water pressure and temperature. Check-in and check out process was very straightforward with communication via WhatsApp. There are two supermarkets close by and albufeira town is within easy walking distance. We used Bolt and Uber services for the return journey, as it is uphill on the way back from town. I would certainly stay here again. Unfortunately as we were staying in October/November the swimming pool was closed. I cannot think of anything negative to say. We stayed for a week and would certainly return.

The suite was well equipped and clean, in a great location. The host made checkin very easy and was very responsive to our questions. And the view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful! Thanks for making our stay so great!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt und auch der Check in war problemlos. Die Unterkunft war sauber und perfekt für 2 Personen für einen Wohlfühlaufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lovely view
Nice apartment with view but communal areas are really run down and you can sometimes smell sewage, I think it’s a mixture of rentals and locals who live there, went down to pool and there was a very large dog in bottom apartment behind a small fence so that put us off, pool wasn’t that clean it was full of bugs The apartment itself is nice a bit smaller than I expected, cleaning was ok but balcony and bbq hadn’t been cleaned Plug snapped off in bathroom sink, shower tray had a large area that felt like you was gonna fall through it like the support was missing The area is ok not as clean as where we have stayed before Couldn’t fault check in and communication The apartment had some damage to furniture and tv but they was aware of that and they did offer to come back and clean the bbq

The property is ideal if you wish to live and experience real Egypt. We found it ideal, located close to local shopping in Nabq. We stayed for a month and would happily return again. The owner and his local agent couldnt have been more helpful. We would highly recommend this property and excellent value for money

Five star apartment for Travelodge prices
Amazing Apartment with amazing views. Everything you could want and more. Two supermarkets on your doorstep and an brilliant restaurant called O Leme salmon and fillet on the stone recommended . 15 minutes walk to the old town or 5 euro to the strip by Uber.. Will definitely be back.

Best balcony I have ever had!
Had read previous reviews and knew the entrance to apartment was tired and requires maintenance, but this changes as soon as you enter the apartment. It is clean, comfortable bed, good shower and a kitchen area with everything we needed. Air conditioning was helpful too. The best part is the huge balcony...with BBQ, 2 loungers and table and chairs. It has a great sea view and the breeze is a welcome treat on a really hot day. The pool area is kept clean and tidy and we enjoyed mornings at the beach and afternoons at the poolside. There are 2 good supermarkets - one opposite and one in the road just after the bus stop opposite the pastry shop. Both the pastry shop and the cafe on the road serve drinks and snacks and have really friendly service. The restaurant O Leme which is 100 metres up the road is lovely and family run- we ate here 2 evenings and found it really good. The walk to old town is a little way but it helps to turn right just after the bus stop opposite the pastry shop. If you follow this road to the end (past the other supermarket) there is a path and steps that lead straight down to dolphin island. Then you can choose to meander down the small streets or use the main road to the next big Island to get you to old town. It is uphill on the way back so good exercise. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily visit again. Easy communication via wattsapp for check in and any queries😊

Fabulous Views
When we arrived we found the entrance to the apartment stairs going down very tired & in need of a facelift painting etc . Overall we had a fabulous holiday, the apartment had spectacular views from the balcony . We purchased two beach chairs & parasol which we left for future quests . Slightly disappointed With the look of the balcony it could do with painting and outside lighting putting in we had to put a lamp outside on an evening . The outside BBQ was great we used it many times during our stay . The apartment had everything we needed only issue was the settee had a few dirty marks could do with cleaning . Also no welcome pack which we found unusual as we have rented many villas & apartments always receiving a welcome pack ? There was a fabulous Portuguese restaurant l’lemo about 100 yards away we’ll worth a visit , also there is a lovely Portuguese cafe over the road doing everything from croissants to a full English breakfast always busy . There is a small supermarket next door very good for essentials and very reasonably priced . I would definitely recommend a car when staying at this apartment as it is a good 20minute walk to the old town all down hill all uphill on your return journey not recommended in the heat . Katrina was our contact she was very helpful always getting back to us if we needed anything.

Paradise
This was our second visit to this apartment, and we are already looking at dates to return next year. There is absolutely nothing to fault, from booking to checking in, to then sadly departing. Communication was fantastic throughout. The apartment itself is a little bit of paradise, I honestly can not wait to return.

Logement idéalement situé et très fonctionnel
De l’arrivée au départ du logement, la communication a été excellente avec le gérant qui s’est montré arrangeant. Le logement est bien situé, à 15/20mn à pied du centre ville. Les équipements présents dans l’appartement sont fonctionnels et pratiques, L’accès à la piscine se fait facilement. Peu de monde s’y rend ce qui la rend plus agréable. La vue le matin et le soir sur l’océan est au top!

Wonderful Experience During the Strangest of Trips
João was the most accommodating host. Given the timing of our trip (Covid19), we were forced to move our dates up and João was quick to respond to our desperate request and most helpful in allowing us to check in early. Property contact, Catarina, met us promptly and let us into the condo. Truth be told, the studio is even lovelier than the pictures reflect. The condo has a great terrace with a lovely view and there is a well stocked mini supermarket right across the street. It was the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine while we awaited our repatriation flight to Canada. We look forward to staying here again when we are able to return to Albufeira!

Had lovely time. Lovely apartment, has Everything you need. Local supermarket good choice of foods and reasonably priced. Excellent local family restaurant close by. Approximately 20 minutes walk to old town and 15 to marina both down hill however up hill for return. Didn’t find this difficult but some may do. taxis, tuk Tuks available. Overall had lovely time. Wonderful clean apartment great balcony and views very rarely left as everything you need is there owners are on hand if you need anything and very helpful shop just across the road and a quick uber trip and your at lidl its about a 10/15 min walk to the old town. Excellent Apartment: Just what we needed! 15th May 2019
It was a great stay for the 10nights we stayed there for myself and my husband. Lovely apartment, spacious, very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the power shower was also great. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The terrace outside is great for sunbathing and relaxing throughout the day, also the pool area was great. Jorge meets you on arrival at the apartment and shows you around and explains everything you need to know. Also he is only a phone call away if you need him through out your stay. Jorge was also kind enough to arrange our transfers from the airport for us. Great location, taxis easily available, we also had a ride in a tuk tuk back from the old town. Joao & Jorge were very helpful & professional from the start to the end of our holiday. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will also be using it again for future holidays :-) Thank you

Excellent studio apartment in ideal location
We stayed for 1 week 2 adults and a 11 year old, plenty of room and a really modern studio, the large balcony with BBQ was excellent and gets the sun all day. This was our 8th trip to Albuferia and this location is ideal, only 15 minutes walk to the old town and about 20 to the Marina. Great views of the Marina and sea from the balcony. We would highly recommend this accommodation and hopefully be back soon.

Great spacious apartment.
Loved staying here. Very spacious, clean and has everything you need. You will just need to provide your own food. Amazing view from the balcony terrace. Outdoor oven/ bbq where you can grill fish, chicken, burgers and make homemade stone-baked pizzas. Local supermarket nearby. Aldi 5 euros in Uber. Has a an outdoor eating area as well as an indoor eating area. Great size pool. The sun terrace catches the sun so we sun bathed a lot on the terrace. Joao and Jorge were very helpful and left us with a welcome pack with lots of information. They communicated everything well and showed us the apartment and how to use all the appliances. The location is about 20 minute walk to the beach/ 15 minute to Old Town down hill lots of restaurants and entertainment there. Walking back up the hill in the heat is not for the faint - hearted. Me and my husband both love walking so it wasn't a problem for us. It is an 6 minute taxi ride to New Town where all the night clubs and good selection of restaurants. We used Uber which is around 4 - 6 euro. The Aquarian is about 15 minute walk where you can find water sports, cinema, bars, restaurants and lots of other activities. Great for groups and families. We did Jet Skiing which was amazing! We would give this a 5 star however they were in renovation mode so it wasn't great on the outside and had a damp smell at night time. Overall great trip, amazing apartment and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Studio Flat with fabulous sunsets and Superb Pool
Really super studio flat with just a couple of observations! Would have been thoughtful on arrival with maybe a welcome pack ( fruit etc ) or even some toiletries ! The outside entrance was like a builders yard & looked very tired and unloved. Nothing to do with the owner but next door had ( our first 3 days) of DIY going on which was drilling into walls / hammer banging!! Just as well we Didn't have any hangovers. High point was the local restaurant 'O Leme' ( about 80 meters away) authentic Portuguese food beautifully prepaired and great wine ( hostess ANNA was 5 stars), As for Albufeira I'm afraid ,just full of people ( mainly British ) vests ,tattoos,and no manners! On a final note, sunsets were blood red orange and to die for. If you just wan't to avoid the tourists then this flat is the place to book.

We had a great stay!

Séjour très agréable
Très joli appartement avec une belle vue. Bien équipé et suffisament fourni en draps et linges. Idéalement situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du centre. Nous n'avons été qu'une fois à la piscine mais elle est facile d'accès et bien entretenue. Attention l'entrée de la co-propriété se trouve plus en face de l'arrêt de bus et de l'autre côté de la rue par rapport à ce qu'indique l'adresse sur google.

Very comfortable modern apartment
My partner and I stayed here for a week May 27th to June 3rd. We arrived at the apartment at 21.15 by taxi which took about 45 minutes, and was met by Jorge who showed us around and explained where everything was. We had his phone number incase we needed anything, I had to call him out once to replace a lightbulb in the bathroom which he did promptly. The apartment as everything that you need for a self catering holiday. All untensils and furniture including all electrical appliances were practically brand new. The bed was very comfortable. In the bathroom there was a massive powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Included in the price was high speed wifi which was very handy. There is a small pool in a well kept garden area which we practically had to ourselves, and was kept very clean. It was a slow 15 minute down hill walk to the old town and about 25 minutes to the harbour and used taxis returning as they were pretty cheap about 4-5 euros. If anyone uses Uber in the UK then I recommend using them over there just use your existing app on your phone and there even cheaper than the local cabs. The only thing left to say is thank you Joao for the rental of your apartment and I would highly recommend staying there. John Davies
