Chère Élisabeth,Je regrette que vous n'ayez pas pris connaissance des caractéristiques de la chambre avant de faire votre réservation. Si je l'avais fait, j'aurais vu que notre publicité explique que cet hôtel est situé dans le centre historique de la ville, dans le vieux quartier, donc il n'a pas son propre parking et les rues ne sont pas larges; qu'il est proche de nombreux restaurants, où l'on peut prendre toutes sortes de repas, mais le petit-déjeuner n'est pas fourni; qui se trouve à quelques mètres du théâtre, d'une église et relativement proche du centre commercial Aqua, mais pas de la plage; et, enfin, que la chambre que vous avez réservée a une superficie de 10m2. Que puis-je vous dire de plus? Je vous souhaite un excellent repos de vos vacances, mais que, pour cela, n'oubliez jamais de consulter les conditions proposées par les hôtels où vous avez l'intention de passer la nuit. My first time at a “guest house” so not aware of the fact that there is no staff on site whatsoever except for designated check ins/outs. No amenities, no receptionist, no housekeeping, no security, etc. I left a shirt behind by mistake and couldn’t go back to pick it up because the housekeeping staff was on site for only a few hours and the receptionist was on site only when someone was checking in…not for a shift (9-3) for example. Extra firm (hard) beds and no noise protection from guests coming in at all hours. You just have to hope they are polite. Having said that, the property is in a good location and if one is familiar with guest house accommodations, it would be acceptable.

Dear Patricia, First of all, thank you very much for choosing NDS Prestige for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize that our reservation policy and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have some services of our closed unit, namely the reception service with an extended opening hours, but in the end you are the one who scheduled a time to make your check -in between 15:00 and 16:00 and did not show up at the property until 18:30. Regarding the lack of Housekeeping service, how can you say such a thing? How did your room appear clean and disinfected? If you remember correctly, the lady checked out before 09:00 and all the Housekeeping staff enters the service at 09:00, I think that's why she didn't see our colleagues. As for the fact that her shirt was forgotten, once again it was the lady who did not meet the time she would pick up at the Guest House, as she well remembers the lady said she would pick it up at 14:45 pm and only showed up at the place at 18:00: 00, image recorded by our video intercom. What can I tell you more? That you made a reservation and didn't read the reservation policy as you should have, that our timetables are mentioned correctly and you didn't respect them. That our unit being a Guest House has all the comfort of a hotel room and all the equipment from the mini bar, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, flat screen TV, keys to access the property and digital card room, a good sommier with a good mattress, a noble daily cleaning service (from 09:00 to 17:00) that the reviews of previous guests speak for themselves (4.7 out of 5), and to finish, I repeat that you cannot blame the property of not having a Housekeeping team because your stay was just one night, and in this case it is impossible to enjoy the same service because you didn't do the daily cleaning/stay of your room. I believe that we should be correct in making an assessment, not calling into question the professionals who work hard for you and have fulfilled all the schedules requested by you and have not missed any. Finally, the entire NDS Prestige team wishes you a great rest of your vacation, but that, for that, never forget to consult the conditions offered by the hotels where you intend to stay overnight. Albergo carino, pulito e vicinissimo al centro. Camere spaziose, anche il bagno spazioso e provvisto di bidet ( cosa non da poco per noi italiani). Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca: il terzo letto era una brandina molto bassa e corta. Tutto il resto è ok.

Très beau guesthouse !
Très beau guesthouse, très bon rapport qualité prix, accueil formidable de la part du gérant et disponible 24/24. Néanmoins si vous comptez rester une semaine ou + pensez à prendre shampoing et gel douche car si vous finissez les petits flacons vous n’en aurez plus pour la suite du séjour. Dernier point dérangeant la situation de la chambre qui nous empêchait d’ouvrir les rideaux car exposée au regard des gens qui montent sur le roof top (chambre Praia Da Rocha). Si c’était à refaire je choisirai le même guesthouse, bravo pour votre accueil et la propreté des lieux !

The location was just what we needed, quiet but with easy access to food and trips to the algarve. The room was new, modern and chic, looking for a 5 star place for a two star price? you have found it!!!! Cara Raphael a, Como pode dizer que a sua estadia foi horrorosa e que foram mal tratados em todos os aspectos, se os estimados Senhores nunca cá estiveram hospedados? Para nós a atenção, gentileza, simpatia é palavra de ordem dentro da nossa unidade hoteleira, dentro da nossa equipa com uma vasta experiência de 30 anos. Todos os nossos estimados hóspedes, a maioria vindos de outros países, encontram na NDS Prestige um ambiente familiar, ou seja uma segunda casa. Nestes moldes como é possível tratar mal, seja qual for a nacionalidade, até mesmo brasileiros! Lamento profundamente o motivo da vossa indignação. Tendo em conta que eu próprio, por cortesia, envio a todos os hóspedes nas vésperas do check-in um e-mail com a hora do referido check-in e outras informações, na véspera, também, por cortesia, podiam ter-me dito que pretendiam um late check-in, embora não tivesse alterado o resultado. O nosso horário de check-in é das 14h às 19H, o que significa que, depois dessa hora, são acionados os procedimentos habituais nesses casos, ou seja, a agência é informada de que os hóspedes não compareceram (o termo técnico é no show e faz parte dos termos e condições da política de reservas internacional, à qual todos os hóspedes têm acesso no momento em que efectuam a sua reserva). Lamentavelmente, à hora a que me telefonaram, às 22h30, estava excluída qualquer hipótese de alguma flexibilidade que poderia ter havido se tivesse sido acordado antes e não tivesse sido um atraso tão grande. De nada servia ter pedido a gritar, pois mesmo que tivesse pedido calma e educadamente, não me teria sido possível ajudá-los. Chegomos em Algarve 9h da noite , o Hotel estava fechado sem ninguém na recepção. Ligamos e falamos com o proprietário .. Falamos que o nosso voo atrasou por isso chegamos fora no horario de 19h .e perguntando se poderia abrir a porta para passarmos nossa noite que ja estava paga. Ele simplesmente disse que não poderia qye teriamos que dormir na rua. So iria abrir 9h da manhã. Como no contrato estavamos arrasados assumimos o prejuízo sem problemas. No dia seguinte 9h da manhã estavamos na porta. . Mais uma vez estava fechado . Ficamos em pé na porta até as quase 10h da manhã. E quando fizemos a reclamação O dono super grosseiro tratou a gente super mal e disse que só pela reclamação ele não deixaria a gente entrar que quem mandava no estabelecimento era ele ..sendo que está pago. Liguei para o hoteis.com para pedir cancelamento e mevinformou que mesmo diante da situação nao teria reembolso. Tenho tudo filmado e espero que meu problema seja resolvido. Pois ja basta meu prejuizo de ter tido que procurarcoutro hotel para não dormir na rua

Tendo em conta que eu próprio, por cortesia, vos enviei um e-mail com esta e outras informações, na véspera, e como ninguém tinha falado em atraso do avião, só posso deduzir que, acreditando que estavam a agir de boa fé, foi certamente esquecimento. Un havre de paix a portimao
Excellente guest house très bien entretenue. Chambre spacieuse, calme et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil très chaleureux lors de l'arrivée. Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Rapport qualité prix plus qu'excellent. Nous reviendrons.

Good location - no staff at all so more like renting a rental from owner, no problem if you are expecting that. No place to relax if inclement weather. Lovely roof top terrace but cannot be used in the rain and no place to really sit in the room. Sparse, but modern and clean.

Good Value in Portimao
Overall a very positive experience. The room was lovely and finished to a very high spec, staff were super-friendly and the location is excellent, very close to all the bars/restaurants. My room was small which as a solo traveller was fine but may be a bit tight for a couple. It was a holiday period and coverage on reception waa limited meaning there was nobody to check me out when I left. Good value for money, though.

We loved the terrace above and that it was close to restaurants and shops. We arrived on Sunday, the lady who checked us in was super helpful and she outined the important details of the room even though we knew very little Portuguese. Beds were comfy. Thank you! 😃

Moi et ma femme avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce guesthouse très bien géré. De l'accueil chaleureux au confort de notre suite, nous avons adoré en comparaison à des expériences plus ou moins intéressante dans la région auparavant. À recommander fortement.

Wish we could have stayed.....
Don't know how the hotel was because we arrived one hour after the front desk closed for the night (7:00pm was when it closed and we arrived just after 8:00pm) and when we tried to call, there was no answer. There is no on street parking at all as this is in a major urban area with narrow streets in a sketchy area of town. Call ahead to insure you know the lay of the land here!

Cara, Sra. Jeff. Foi um prazer tê-la cá como nossa hóspede. Ao efectuar a sua reserva devia ter em atenção a nossa politica de alojamento/reserva. O horário de check-in como a mesma politica diz que é entre as 14:00 e as 19:00 pm, (mesmo tendo feito um "late check-in" a propriedade não cobrou os 20,00 eur como também informa na politica de alojamento) sendo o horário de funcionamento da recepção das 09:00 ás 19:00 pm. Em relação ao estacionamento, como sabe é Agosto e isso quer dizer época alta na região do Algarve, não é só em Portimão que é dificil estacionar, mas em toda a região do Algarve, mas também como lhe foi dito, tinha a opção de parque público, sendo este pago ao dia. Todo o staff da NDS Prestige de tudo fez para vos proporcionar, uma agradavel estada. Esperamos tê-los cá de novo, muito em breve. Melhores Cumprimentos Nuno David de Sousa Diretor Geral

Nice small hotel with a good bathroom. The hotel staff were nice and the location was very close to Praia da Rocha by taxi or a good walk

We were very happy with our stay in NDS the accommodation was excellent, the room was clean and everything was new can not fault anything. Our thanks go to the owner who waited our arrival after his usual closing time as we had had to stop on route to change a flat tyre. We were very grateful and enjoyed our stay.
