Located 150 meters from Praia de Olhos de Água, this apartment with pool and garage benefits from close proximity to everything you may need for a relaxing holiday - exceptional beaches, bars, various restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, supermarkets. Apartment consisting of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies. With Air Conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and Cable TV (MEO). Guests can prepare their meals in the privacy of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter and capsule coffee machine, mixer, blender, toaster and juicer and of course all the kitchen utensils. The kitchen also has a table where you can enjoy meals with family and/or friends. From the two balconies as well as from the terrace on the top floor you can enjoy the view of the sea. Albufeira, old town, is 6 km away, while Faro International Airport is 33 km away and WE PROVIDE A TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE APARTMENT AT ANY TIME AND FROM THE APARTMENT TO THE AIRPORT (SUV PEUGEOT 5008)* (at an additional cost). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter l'Algarve et conforme à l'annonce. Il est bien équipé. Seul bémol, nous aurions apprécié un barbecue ou une plancha, mais cela est un détail. Restos et commerces à proximité. Attention, l'eau de mer n'est pas chaude 17/18 degrés.Notre hôte Luis est très arrangeant. Bonne vacances à toux ceux qui passeront par là. Nous reviendrons.

Perfect location!

Luis was a wonderful host, always available and answered WhatsApp questions in a timely matter. The location is prime with a quiet street, close to groceries and easy access to two different beaches. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

Short stay

The apartment was spacious and exceeded expectations based on the pictures on the listing, great value for money. The location was excellent, close to several shops and eateries and easy to get to and from airport as well. The check-in process wasn't as smooth as I would've liked but the host had had some problem with another property this was understandable. this is understandable.

Nice play to stay in Algarve

Nice, roomy appartment to stay in Algarve. One of the two beaches nearby is nice. Nice location to visit other attractions in Algarve. Nice place Near restaurants, supermarkets. Constant nice breeze, no need for the air conditioning. The indoor parking space was appreciated. Host was reactive to help us find a worker to help us unlock our appartment that we lock ourself by mistake. Some items to wipe the tables, wash the dishes were missing but the owner brought them on the third day. I would recommend this appartment.

Premier séjour à l'Algarve

L'appartement est confortable et spacieux. Les deux balcons sont au top. L'emplacement de parking est un vrai plus pour un séjour. Nous étions proches de la mer et des commerçants. La zone est calme et idéal pour une famille pour bien se reposer. Je recommande cette location!

Winter break

We spent a very comfortable 10.5 weeks here over Christmas, until March. Ideally situated, well kitted out for home cooking etc. We had a problem with the boiler which the apartment manager dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were sorry we had to come home. Until next time …..

Ruhig, sauber, Strand in der Nähe. Wir freuten uns, unter anderem, über die beiden Balkone, die man je nach dem Stand der Sonne nutzen konnte. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. 🙂

Super Lage, merkwürdige/mäßige/lückenhafte Ausstattung

Die Wohnung selbst ist super geschnitten, auch die Lage mit Nähe zu Stränden, Supermärkten und Restaturants. Die Austatttung der Wohnung war durchwachsen, es gab viel Unsinn (Dekoartikel, eine zweite Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, drei Zitronenpressen, davon 2 elektrisch, usw.), dafür aber nur sechs Besteckmesser und 5 Frühstücksteller usw.. So ergibt die Spülmaschine wenig Sinn und man hat immer wieder Grund sich zu fragen, ob die Besitzer auch nur einen Tag in der Wohnung verbracht haben... Die Handtücher waren wenige und rochen nach ranzigem Speiseöl. Außerdem gab es außer einer angefangenen Klopapierrolle und vier Plastikaffeekapseln keinerlei verbrauchbare Grundausstattung, kein Salz, keinen Zucker, kein Öl, keinen Tee, keine Küchenrolle, kein Spülmittel, kein Waschmittel, keine Geschirrspültabs, usw, nichts, sogar die Pfeffermühle war leer... Das ist in eigentlich allen anderen Ferienwohnungen anders, in dem Sinn nichts für Flugreisende sondern eher für Autourlauber, die die Flasche Spüle sowieso selbst dabeihaben.

Practice for winter

We have been to Olhos D’Agua every year for 31 years so know the village well. Chose this apartment to base ourselves for the winter so tried it out for a couple of weeks. Brilliantly kitted out, good TV and Wi-Fi and handy for everything. Looking forward to our 3 month stay.

Olhos Stay

The property was immaculately clean; we had booked a three week stay. Despite contacting the owner in advance, we had to wait outside for him to arrive. He showed us around the apartment, made repairs to the broken shower then left. On day 2 of our stay we contacted him to let him know that the shutters accessing the balcony had jammed halfway open, he said that he was out of the area and would return the next day to solve the problem - he never showed and we had to put up with it throughout our stay. I contacted him the day before we left to ask how we would return our keys and got no response. Our taxi arrived and I put the keys safely in an external meter cupboard (he had told us that ours was the only set). When we arrived back in England there was a stream of angry and abusive messages (plus two missed voicemails left whilst we were on the plane home) because he couldn't find the keys. I responded telling him exactly where they were whereupon he responded (calmer) informing me that he had found them. We are looking forward to booking an apartment on the same block next year with a different owner.

This property is in an ideal location for all amenities, beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket.

The owners were most welcoming met us promptly on arrival and allowed us to store our luggage until property was ready. The apartment had everything you would need for a home from home stay. Rooms were spacious and cleanliness first class. Luis and his wife were most helpful on both arrival a day departure. Would definitely stay here again 👍👍
