Concernant votre commentaire mentionnant l'infrastructure de l'hôtel, nous aimerions partager qu'en novembre nous avons des travaux de rénovation prévus et nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau, vous et votre famille, avec toute la splendeur, lors d'un prochain séjour. Concernant la chambre dans laquelle vous avez séjourné, nous regrettons que cela ne vous ait pas été demandé lors de votre séjour, car nous serions ravis de répondre à vos besoins, sous réserve de disponibilité. Cependant, nous tenons à vous informer que selon votre réservation de chambres familiales, elles sont situées au même endroit dans le bâtiment à tous les étages. Cependant, par rapport à votre remarque sur la piscine, nous tenons à vous informer que notre eau est traitée conformément au plan en vigueur avec HACCP.
