Great Apartment
A clean spacious apartment with everything that you need. Great location and having Aldi a short walk away was perfect to stock up each day on supplies. Everywhere is in within walking distance. Tracey met us on arrival despite us being late arriving and was great in showing us around the apartment. She was always on hand if we needed anything but we didn't. The welcome package on arrival was very much appreciated. We met Dianne the owner who was great and the other owner David who handled the booking was so helpful and recommended the transfer to/from the airport which was the best service we have had in this respect with this being our 10th visit to Albufeira. The grounds and pool area in the complex were clean and well kept. The apartment provided a great base for a break in Albufeira. Highly recommended.

Fantastic home from home apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Corcovada, lovely, spacious apartment had everything we needed and more. The sunbeds on the patio area at the back are so comfortable and we spent a lot of our days there. Special mention to Tracey and Hennie (neighbour) who were very friendly and helpful. Apartment in good location not far from really good restaurants but far enough away from the strip that it is peaceful. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and if we are ever back in the area then we would book again.

Fabulous
We had a fantastic time in this beautiful apartment. Booking was easy and so much more straightforward than other places we have stayed in Albufeira, David was really quick to respond and v helpful. Tracey the property manager met us on arrival, lovely lady, friendly & welcoming and showed us around. She left us food, wine, beer and water, lovely touch, meant we didn't have to rush to shops. Apartment gorgeous, spacious, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, we felt at home immediately. The apartment has 2 terraces so as the sun moves you just move from back to front, both terraces have loungers and chairs, perfect for sun worshippers. Living/dining room huge, great tv and comfy sofas. Modern well equipped kitchen, had everything you need including iron and ironing board, even shopping bags!! 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, beds v comfy, both rooms have dressing tables & mirrors. Hall has huge cupboards to store cases. Ceiling fans throughout as well as portable fans. Pool is 2 seconds away from back patio, very quiet, loads of loungers. The back patio has a lovely garden in front of it, was so relaxing. Location is great, big Aldi at top of road, 10 min stroll to new town strip, couple of nice restaurants close by. Area very quiet. We come to Albufeira at least twice a year & stay in private rentals, our main requirement is a large terrace with loungers, this apartment gave us 2 terraces which was fantastic. David thank you, we had a ball.

Very good decision
I would be happy to come back to this property for next year and years to come. All the family enjoyed the holiday and the property contributed a massive part to that. Location is great if you want to go to the beach, airport and other parts of the algarve. The landlord is very thoughtful- be sure to have a good look around the property in the first couple of days to find little treasures such as beach toys and cooler for bringing snacks to the beach etc. No complaints whatsoever- perhaps in the absence of a bbq pan an air frier would be handy but that’s just a suggestion rather than complaint. Thanks so much. Portugal is a fab place for hols and Trisha was ace in welcoming us.

Easter Break
This is a really nice apartment with everything you need. A real home from home. Sun all day as there are two patio terraces and you just move to the front one later in the day. In an excellent location easy walking distance to Aldis and lots of lovely restaurants and even a wee local cafe at the top of the street right of roundabout for toasties coffee cakes and beer and so cheap. Very quiet area with a lovely pool sun all day. But you can walk to the busy strip if you want load music and plenty of pubs. Would stay again if we come back to Portugal.

Great stay and location
Excellent property. The owners were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location with a huge Aldi within walking distance and other shops. My kids enjoyed the pool as they were never out of it and they are teenagers haha. Amazing to arrive and have a welcome pack so you did not need to worry about dashing out for food and drink. Thank you so much for our stay.

Family holiday on albuferia
This really is a home from home! The property has everything you will need for your stay, it is furnished to a high standard although some of the patio furniture out the back is starting to look a little tired, but this didn’t affect our experience. Perfectly located for the strip and also a walk or catching the tourist train into the old town. Tracey the property manager is fantastic, she made both check in and check out seamless and also came to change towels and bedding half way through our 10 night stay. The listing does state there is a BBQ but unfortunately there wasn’t one at the property, just something to bare in mind if like us you intended to have a few nights in on the terrace, again didn’t affect our stay but would of been nice to have one. Would 100% recommend this property! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Apologies but the bbq was taken away as smoke was damaging the wall and the outdoor furniture is being replaced at the end of the season although it’s fairly new it is used regularly and doesn’t last too long in the hot Portuguese sunshine . Fantastic Apartment in a great location
We recently stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks and were very impressed. It’s in a great location with everything you need on your doorstep. The apartment is spotless with everything that you need and is a real home from home. It has a lovely terrace where you can sunbathe most of the day and leads out into the pool area. Communication from Tracey, the agent, was also excellent.

Superbe appartement, tout confort !
Très beau appartement, spacieux, tout confort, très bien équipé même pour les enfants de 1 à 12ans. Deux jolie terrasses, à deux pas de la piscine, dans une résidence propre et bien entretenue. Proche du centre 5min des restaurants et commerces, 15min à pied de la plage. Adresse à retenir, pour un prochain séjour en famille ou entre amis. Merci pour cette agréable semaine !

The property was over and above what we were expecting It was definitely a home from home experience and the little touches like welcome pack of food made it so much easier to settle in on the first day Tracey and her husband gave us great tips and were always on the end of a text if need this was such a help Would highly recommend this apartment for holiday rental

First Family Abroad Holiday
We stayed in this appartment for ten days an would definetly stay here again. Everything you need home from home. Tracey came in an changed beds an left fresh towels half way through, but we usually put a wash on a night an they be dry in a very short time. Pools were fanastic an felt very safe as we have 3 young children. We would like to thank David an Diane for there wonderful stay an will definetly be back in the future an highly recommend this appartment to anyone!

Great apartment.
We have stayed in Corcovada apartments on a number of occasions. This is by far the best. We were met by Tracey and Simon, apartment reps. They were very informative. There was a lovely welcome pack of bread,butter,milk,water,wine etc. Much appreciated. The apartment is very spacious. Comfortable beds. Close to the strip if you want a lively holiday or far enough away if you want to take things a bit easier. We were here for a family wedding. Great base for travelling back and forth to Boliqueime. We will definitely be returning to this apartment if it's available and David and Diane will have us.

A real home from home... everything you could ask for and more. Highly recommend this property!!
Was met on arrival by Diane, who I can only describe as the hostess with the mostess! As we were arriving later in the evening and have young kids, Diane very kindly put some essentials in the fridge for us I.e. bread, milk, butter, ham, cheese and even some diet coke, beer and a bottle of wine!! (Very much appreciated). The apartment itself is beautiful... big, tastefully decorated and ideally located with everything you need in walking distance. There's also a storeroom full of toys for younger kids (much to the delight of my 3 year old) and then there is a cupboard with books, magazines, board games and cards. In the kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you will need, there was even detergents for the dish washer and washing machine... honestly Diane & Dave & their management have thought of everything. The complex itself had its own lifeguards at the pool and security who patrolled every evening which meant it was always nice and quiet. The main strip is a short 5 minute walk away and the old town is easy to get to by taxi which will only cost 5/6€. Supermarkets and shops are all close by. Honestly, this is the best family holiday we have had. Would definitely recommend this place... we will be back. Thanks xx

Genuinely the best holiday apartment I’ve ever stayed in!!
I actually can’t thank Dianne & David enough for all they done for us for our stay in their apartment. Absolutely delighted I chose their apartment in Corcovada. The apartment itself was beyond perfect for my family’s needs, been ground floor and about 40ft away from the pool it was great for my 13 year old son who has only one leg, he went up & down to pool by himself to go swimming as it was so close & it also meant not having to struggle taking the 4 younger kids & balls/floats far. My kids had an absolutely amazing time & keep asking are we going back on their next summer holidays lol 100% at some stage I will definitely be booking Dianne & David’s apartment again. They had supplied milk bread etc for our arrival which was lovely having a cup of tea & relaxing after a late flight. The apartment is spotless & extremely well equipped with all you could possibly need, plenty of towels bedding etc WiFi worked perfect & a selection of English tv channels was good. Simon was a star waiting at the apartment to welcome us even though our flight was an hour late & showed us round helping carrying our cases in. Washer/dryer was an added bonus as I had almost everything washed before going home & not had to face it all after our holiday. The shutters in the windows was amazing, we all slept in til 9.30-10am at least every day & that was my 11 month old who was always first awake, at home he’s usually up 7.30-8.30am each morning....currently looking into window shutters for my own house haha Loved every second of our stay in Parque Da Corcovada & my only regret was not booking it for 10 days as I would definitely do that next time. Nobody was ready to go home after a week. My 4 year old even asked could that be our new home as he didn’t want to leave it lol I would very highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Albufeira, only 5 minute walk to the strip (a little longer with small kiddies trailing behind) but at night it was so peacefull & quiet, very relaxing & perfect for families who want close to the strip but don’t want to hear the night madness going on after hours ;) Massive thank you to Dianne & David for making our stay in your apartment absolutely perfect. Looking forward to our next stay with you x

Just perfect!
The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need and 2 amazing terraces so you can catch the sun all day long! It is steps from the pool, which is so handy! Simon and Tracy( the 2 reps who meet you) are so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to return.

Stunning Apartment
Absolutely stunning apartment, two minutes away from the STRIP. The apartment has everything you need to live in, WOW amazing. Obviously loved and looked after well, the pool area was clean and quiet. The area the apartment is located is quiet but within easy walking distance for the nightlife, shops and beach. If you want to travel a little further to the old town, then there is a train running regularly from the top of the strip for 3 euro or an all day ticket for 5 euro. Would highly recommend 5*
