Ligging is mooi op een klif. Nette kamer met terras. We waren wel een beetje weggestopt in een vleugel die bijna niet ingebruik was en waar het uitzicht niet geweldig was op alle andere kamers. Hadden hier ook last van bouwactiviteiten van naastgelegen huizen. Het hotel is wel een beetje groot.

Prachtige locatie. Alles zeer netjes. Het hotel was niet erg vol, wat een beetje het gevoel gaf dat het te "clean" was. Jammer dat het Bistro restaurant niet open was voor het diner.

Echt 5 sterren waard. Kamers zijn uitstekend, net als het personeel, zeer attent. Bij ontbijtbuffet prima keuze. Avondeten ook prima. Fantastische ligging van het hotel. Minpuntjes: strandje loopt bij hoogwater onder, buitenbad is niet verwarmd (lastig begin mei).

Lekker hotel
Het hotel was goed. Het was alleen erg jammer dat er veel te weinig bedjes bij het zwembad waren. Ook was het eten en drinken bij het zwembad niet zo goed. Het hotel heeft geen strand, daar moet je wel een eindje voor lopen

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel has the most beautiful backdrop we've ever seen. I would add that our stay would have been elevated with firmer beds and pillows but I would still give this hotel a 5 star rating.

Hotel was magnificent. Had a great view of the sea from the dining area. Great breakfast included. Our room was on the small side. Shower pressure was weak. Good location to the town centre of Carvoeiro which is a great place to vacation.

Had an issue for two out of the three nights where there was knocking coming from the ac vent overnight. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t sleep on my vacation. When I approached management they simply told me they will call the mechanic and offered me to stay in another room. Due to the situation of my stay and other factors I couldn’t take the offer to move. No one fixed the ac vent knocking sound. There was no courtesy charges that were taken off the statement either.

Breathtaking views from hotel- easy to find great seating. Food from bar area pretty lacking and bar was pleasant but things got lost in translation. Asked for a double scotch no ice. Beautiful property, walking distance to shops and restaurants in Carvoeiro. The rooms are clean, updated, spacious and beautiful! We had a huge terrace overlooking the water. The breakfast buffet was amazing - this felt a little like an all inclusive resort environment but the food was delicious and there was a huge variety. Staff were very friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The property was stunning! Set in a cove of the cliffs of Algarve shoreline with hikes on either side. A beautiful crystal clear refreshing pool. Spacious private decks looking over all the property to the ocean. A roof top bar for great sunsets. The staff were all so wonderful, really over the top! Can’t wait to plan another trip and tell others of this remarkable find!

The location is unbelievable. Right on the sea front on the edge of cliff with incredible views and natural scenery which is the best for any hotel we have stayed in!! Also Close to town centre and walking distance from scenic trekking paths for the whole family. Staff very friendly and helpful. All around brilliant. The only thing to add for the families would be to have more kids activites on the resort to keep them busy on site.

Nice property. Great rooms. Beautiful view, if you get a beach/water view room. We had reserved a non-water view. Asked for upgrade at check in. Got the upgrade but had to pay more money, thought that was a perk with Expedia VIP, but wasn't. Nice bar area with good views and decent food. The upscale restaurant was good, but pricy. No restaurants next to hotels for food options. 15 Min walk or very short drive is the local village was is very tourist oriented and has lots of restaurants.

My wife and I just left Tivoli Carvoeiro this morning after a 3-night stay. There are many good things to say about this hotel, and I would really want to mention the following two. First, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, our waiter at the breakfast buffet (which is wonderful by the way), Goncalo, always had a smile and made sure we got everything we need. He was so attentive and personable that we were looking forward to seeing him every morning. When we left the breakfast hall this morning we asked Goncalo whether my wife and I could take a photo with him. He graciously accepted our request and took us to a spot with a beautiful view. Thank you very much, Goncalo!!! Second, my wife celebrated her birthday during our stay at the hotel. And we were very pleasantly surprised when we came back to our room in the evening on my wife’s birthday and saw a bottle of Champagne on ice and a beautiful cake, with glasses and silverware. Such a memorable experience!
