Hele aardige mensen, de WiFi werkt alleen niet overal. Mooie hotelkamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Zwembaden + wellness waren ook top. En ik was jarig in dit verblijf en ze hebben mij verrast met een taartje en een fles champagne wat erg vriendelijk en leuk was. Tot slot top verblijf volgend jaar waarschijnlijk weer hierheen.

Mooie hotel met een perfecte ligging.
Een mooie en nette hotel. Service in het hotel was goed, vriendelijk personeel. Ligging is perfect: strand dichtbij, restaurants aan de overkant, uitgaansgelegenheid op loopafstand. Grote zwembad buiten en een kleine zwembad binnen met bubbelbad en sauna. Zeer tevreden over dit hotel geweest.

Voor het overdekte zwembad en het diner
eerste week januari merk je niet dat dit een groot hotel is. rustig. Zeer goed diner 's avonds het ontbijt is wat simpeler opgesteld dan bij collega hotels van Vila Gale en oogt daardoor wat karig, maar er is voldoende en gesorteerd.De kamers zijn gedateerd en simpel, maar schoon. Het opklap bad in de junior suite valt erg tegen, gelukkig sliep er een licht kind op het bijzet bed.Alle junior suites kijken uit op de straat kant. normaal hadden we dit niet leuk gevonden maar hier was het niet storend en gaf iets levendigs; zwembad kant is in januari wat saai. Het overdekte zwembad is lekker warm, nieuw en schoon. de spa is ook goed verzorgt. let op je moet een badmuts op !

Leuk hotel
Leuk hotel met een goede ligging. Kamers aan de straatkant hebben wel wat last van het lawaai van het verkeer. Maar de manager heeft ons verteld dat ze de ramen gaan vervangen en beter isolerend glas gaan gebruiken.

Was een top hotel .
Dit hotel is echt een aanrader .10 min lopen naar centrum ..personeel erg behulpzaam ..keurige kamers .je hoort niks goed geïsoleerd. ..anamatie goed .. Neem kamer aan zwembad kant .is het mooist ...ontbijt goed maar wat eentonig. Dus als je naar albufera gaat dit hotel boeken krijg je geen spijt van .groot zwembad en genoeg bedjes

Erg goed hotel. Het is goed onderhouden en het personeel is erg vriendelijk, ze verlenen een erg goede service en doen ook veel in mijn ogen wat 'extra' voor je! Zoals je tickets uitprinten, contact opnemen in het Portugees met de transfermaatschappij over de ophaaltijd.

Prima hotel
Nette en schone kamers. Wel gehorig en harde matrassen. Weinig privacy op balkon. Als je niet aan een drukke weg wil zitten dan zou ik voor een kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad (en zee) kiezen. Veel oudere mensen in het hotel. De laatste paar dagen kwamen er iets meer jongere mensen. Wij vonden het wel minder dat het terras bij de bar 's morgens niet opgeruimd en schoongemaakt was. Regelmatig lege glazen en flessen zien staan. Ook asbakken en vuilnisbakken waren niet geleegd. De tafels op het terras zien er niet fris uit, en het terras mag wel wat gezelliger. Als je geen transfer geregeld hebt, dan kunnen ze dat bij de receptie voor je regelen. Dat is goedkoper dan met een taxi naar het vliegveld.

Leuk fijn hotel,
Hotel ligt gunstig. Ongeveer 7 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum en de zee, waar van alles te beleven valt. Ontbijt is prima en we hebben 1x 's avonds gegeten in het restaurant, was ook ok. Mooi zwembad, helaas door minder geen gebruik van gemaakt. Bij een slechte dag genoeg te beleven in het hotel.

Midweek in Vila Alagoa hotel in Albufeira
Ging als single naar Albufeira 4 sterren hotel Alagoa. Hotel ziet erg goed verzorgd uit en personeel is vriendelijk, ook in de fitness/indoor swimming ruimte waar ze handdoeken uitgeven. Voor indoor gebruik van de faciliteiten werd een vergoeding van 7.50 euro per dag gevraagd wat ik niet van een 4 sterren hotel verwacht had. Het geheel zag er wel goed verzorgd uit. Ik reisde op basis van logies ontbijt maar vond de kwaliteit van het ontbijt matig. varieteit. Frisheid/rijpheid van het fruit moeten beter, ook zou meer brood varieteit en crepes een goede aanvulling zijn. Prima zwembad, het aangrenzende terras is wat stijfjes van opzet en nodigt mi te weinig uit om wat te drinken. Goede huishoudelijke service, flexibel wanneer je 'smorgens wat later uit de kamer vertrekt. Onderhoudsdienst (airco werkte niet) snelle service. Internet faciliteiten en prijzen vind ik moeten beter en inclusief zijn. Een paar desktops in de lobby tegen betaling vind ik niet meer van deze tijd. Kortom goed hotel voor een zorgeloos verblijf.

Nous sommes mitigés sur notre séjour de 2 nuits. Je commence par les + : l'hotel est propre, le buffet du petit dejeuner est super et la localisation est idéale (entre la vieille ville et le strip) et à 10 min à pied de la mer. L'hotel propose de garder votre valise pour le dernier jour, un service bien appréciable. Nous avions une très jolie vue sur la piscine et l'océan Les - : il n'y a aucune insonorisation, on entend les voisins et les gens qui sont en bas (pisicne ou bar). En octobre, il faisait chaud mais pas trop, je n'imagine pas la chaleur en été sans devoir mettre la clim à fond. La douche est mal faite, l'écoulement ne se faisait pas et il y avait de l'eau par terre. en +, il n'y avait pas de ventilation donc ça sentait très mauvais dans la salle de bain. La literie est de moyenne qualité, acceptable pour nos 2 nuits mais pas plus.

I picked this one because it is close to everything and I wanted a gym. Everything was clean but pretty dated. The sofa in the room was so uncomfortable and the lighting was terrible. They have no tissues in the rooms and none are available. They also have no iron or ironing board. My husband went to a shop down the street and had to buy one since our clothes were wrinkled from being in suitcases. Another guest was there buying one at the same time and the woman at the store said they sell a lot to hotel guests.

We had a fabulous few days stay. The property was very clean, staff and amenities were excellent. The breakfast selection was great and the hotel was the perfect location for a short stroll to the Old Town for evening diinng. Very happy.

Hotel was in a good location for the old town …. It was clean pool area was nice … check in was easy but could do with express check out …. Breakfast was nice

The moment i went in the room it smelt really bad and the cleaner was acting like there was nothing wrong. Then they gave me another room which was fine but phone didn’t work. The staff are nice and they have a great swimming pool and spa and location is great. But felt more like a 2/3 star hotel than 4
