Excellent location and place to stay

Great Villa
We had a wonderful week, the villa is perfect and has everything you could need. All spotless. Short stroll to lovely pool, small cost for sunbeds, very clean, great friendly staff good pool side bar with food during the day. Amazing restaurant at night. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great Stay
Accommodation is exactly as described. Entire unit was clean. Views from the top baclony were lovely and and location is good. We did not have a car and used Uber to get around which was easy and there were no long waits. We did walk down hill to the beach one day, it was hard coming back in the heat. There is one restaurant within easy walking distance, which was good. There is an Aldi not too far away, where we got groceries from, and we ate out every day/night, again we used Uber to get everywhere. The only challenge I found was trying to find instructions to use the washing machine, dishwasher and oven were not easy . No matter how we tried, we could not get the oven to work, we eventually found instructions for the washing machine, and we just guessed with the dishwasher, which meant it went for a lot longer than it shoujld. There is also no clear instructions on what to do with the rubbish. Other than that, commucnication with Jacqueline was excellent. I would highly recommend this villa and if I came back to Portugal, I would definitely try and book it again.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea
Had a fabulous stay with the family . Great area nice beaches and surrounding restaurants. Had a day out to Sagres and along the coast and the highlight was an evening at the Silves medieval festival which with was out of this world. Loved the villa and the two terraces. Only downside unfortunately was the air con didn’t work in the main bedroom and the bedroom beside it . Water just pored from the units within a couple of hours of being on . Reported to the manager and said the couple before us had reported it and was in the list for maintenance to sort . We couldn’t get the TV to work either and neither could the manager . All in all a fab week away and hopefully the issues will be sorted for further guests. Would definitely be a ten out of ten if the problems were resolved. Many thanks

Great stay
Very peaceful and picturesque neighbourhood. The Lighthouse Restaurant was really close and the restaurants in the vicinity were quaint. The property was well kept but we had to buy our own little essentials like for washing dishes, clothes, bin bags, etc. Nonetheless, it was definitely worth the trip and great for families or groups of friends.

The property was lovely, walking distance to groceries, restaurants and caves. We used Urber daily for longer day tips. View was great from the terrace. Lighthouse Restaurant was very convenient and had freindly staff. The pool was open with a small daily fee.

Nice, clean and spacious property!
Loved this property. Close to Carvoeiro, restaurants and shopping. Especially loved that each bedroom had its own en suite! The on site restaurant and pool were really nice. Sitting outside on the balcony was so relaxing and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The area is really quiet which suited us well!! Would definitely rent again if we are ever fortunate enough to return to Portugal.

Refreshing October sunshine and waves
Two couples had a relaxing and fun reunion here. Home was very clean and all in perfect working order. Car is really necessary for exploring this region. We walked to Pashmina Indian restaurant and had excefood and service. The on-site property manager experience was a little frustrating (not staffed as scheduled, some confusion about services, very slow service) but it didn't affect our stay. Jacqueline was very responsive and helpful by email. We are already planning a return visit.

Just returned from 9 night stay. Property as described and very spacious. Lovely quiet location. Couple of minutes walk to large pool which was never overcrowded and had amenities of pool bar and nice food/snacks. Host easy contactable before travel and onsite estate agents were very helpful. Would certainly recommend and we were two adults two teenagers who are planning return already.

Die einzigen Nachteile waren die defekte Kühlschranktür und die für deutsche Urlauber viel zu kleine Kaffeemaschine.

A Wonderful Property
The property is well located to lovely beaches and Carvoeiro and is perfect to explore the local area. There is a large pool which is a 5 minute walk from the property, where you can hire sunbeds for the day and have drinks and lunch. We were very pleased with the quality of the house and the sea views were just beautiful. The house is well presented and we will be back! Fantastic Accommodation and Resort
Having stayed in several properties in Clube Golfemar over the last 10 years i can safely say this was one of the best - the villa is spacious,clean, well equipped, ice cold A/C in all rooms and good outside terrace space. Jacqueline the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The resort itself is fantastic for all age groups, pool area never gets to busy and the garden areas are very well looked after.

Just what we wanted
Very spacious semi detached villa with lovely sea views. Three bedrooms all with their own on suite. Privacy between rooms very very good. We only stayed for 5 nights as we went for the Portimao Motogp but we would all go back and spend a lot more time there. Half an hour walk into Carvoeiro with stunning views, beaches and bars along the way. Fantastic place. Thanks Jacqueline x

Beautiful property in quiet surroundings
The accommodation was even better than the photos. We were 3generations from 75 to 7 and it was perfect for all of us Many small touches to make the accommodation special. The pool was very welcoming in the August sun. Grandchildren spent hours swimming. Plenty sunbed s and having umbrellas provided was a great bonus. We visited 5 restaurants within 10 walk. All serving very good food with generous portions. We decided on a driving free holiday and used Uber. The charges were much cheaper than usual taxis. Overall the accommodation was ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday but with easy access to most attractions. Highly recommended. Jacqueline and her family are to be congratulated on having such a lovely property. We hope to return .

Amazing home from home
We've been to Carvoeiro many times before and this is by far the best place we have stayed in, the only regret is that we wish we found it sooner. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Lovely views from the top terrace, the lower terrace is a sun trap.... great for topping up the tan and a cuppa in the morning. The location is ideal as only a few minutes walk to Rocha Brava where there are some restaurants and bars if not wanting to go into the square. A bus stop near by too should you not hire a car, although we recommend as there are so many lovely beaches around that are worth the visit. The pool area is great, a big pool that was never busy and always enough sun beds... even in August! Jacqueline was great to deal with, always there to answer our questions and very quick at replying. Book it, you won't regret it! We will be returning!

Perfect place
We stayed in the Villa for 1 week in July, the villa was a lovely size, clean and the pictures were very accurate. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee. There was everything we needed for our stay including umbrellas and toys for the pool and beach. The only thing I say to take would be a hairdryer as the one provided is a small travel one and no good for my daughters very long hair. There are some very nice restaurants within easy walking distance, our favorite was Jardin do Farol and the bottom of the road. There are some lovely beaches close by although it's a bit hilly! The pool on the site was lovely to return to after a day out, the food and service from the staff was very good. We tend to rent when travelling so have a little experience, would definitely recommend this property. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Alles in allem ein gutes Domizil mit Einschränkungen
Leider war die Agentur/ Betreuung vor Ort nicht wirklich gut. Wir hatten keine Info das das Haus mit einer Alarmanlage gesichert war und nach Betreten hatten wir zunächst mal 45! Minuten Alarmsignale der Stufe 1 ohne das auch nur irgend jemand vorbeikam. Nachdem endlich glücklich im Haus mussten wir feststellen das das Haus nicht gut gereinigt war und wir haben eine 2te Reinigung angefragt um die zahlreichen Mängel beseitigen zu lassen. Die Klimaanlagen welche wir aufgrund der extrem kalten Woche bei 5 Grad als Wärmespender brauchten funktionierten in einigen Räumen nicht. Im Kühlschrank fehlten die Böden welche laut der Agentur bei den letzten Mietern "Zubruch gingen", desweiteren war der Grill aufgrund fehlendem Zubehör leider auch nicht nutzbar und die Agentur verwies auf den vermieter in England was bei 1 Woche vor Ort als Gast eher semioptimal ist. Dennoch eine tolle Wohnng mit ein paar Einschränkungen welche wir gerne weiter Empfehlen möchten, Tolle Anlage, sehr Zentral, Allgemeine Ausstattung ok

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The villa was very spacious, lovely and clean and well equiped. We were pleased to find lots of umbrellas for our use around the pool which were very greatfully received. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained and the office staff were very helpful. The pool was lovely and quiet with plenty of sun beds and was enjoyed every day by the children. We would highly recommend to others. Thank you for letting us stay at your property Jacqueline.

Clean, well planned house in a charming location with well maintained gardens and pool.
This was a delightful place to spend our holiday. The house was immaculately clean and very well furnished, equipped with everything needed down to the last tea-spoon. There is a quiet, efficient, air-conditioning system in every room and in every bathroom ,and the upstairs toilet, good quality towels were provided together with a bottle of liquid soap. From the wide balcony, which includes a table and seating for six, there is a panoramic view of the Carvoeiro bay from dawn to sunset. At night the paths in the vicinity have sensor lights, and there are lights on the steps to the house, so that one is safe right up to the front door. There is parking outside the front door. However, perhaps the most appreciated extra for us was the fact that renting the house entitles us to use the splendid private pool, the snack bar and the restaurant of the club house, which is only a very short walk through the private gardens. The pool is cleaned daily and a life guard is on duty for the length of opening time. There is a charming pool for toddlers and the main pool is spacious. A large number of sunbeds are available without charge. Entry is strictly restricted to those who live or rent houses in this small complex and unpleasant or disrupting behavior is not tolerated. The office in the complex is open every week day where the staff are happy to help with many small things such as booking a taxi or fixing something in the house. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to my friends who have children, grandchildren or simply want a quiet, trouble free holiday in the beautiful Algarve. Lovely property, great location - excellent holiday base
This lovely villa was home from home for our recent trip. All the facilities were excellent, and the owner was very helpful and communicative in making sure everything was planned for our arrival. The location was peaceful, the villa beautifully furnished and an added bonus was the good quality WiFi and English Sky - we even got to watch THE Royal Wedding, which I was expecting to miss!!!! Have visited the area before - so we knew we would like the location, but this is the best we have ever stayed in. Fully recommended and we would like to be able to return.

Beautiful, well furnished holiday house on a lovely complex
My wife, daughter and I have just returned from a wonderful stay in Casa Tiwi. The above heading does not really do justice to this house, it is more like a home than a holiday house. . Wonderfully furnished with everything you could need. Everything worked perfectly, TV, DVD player, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher et al. Which is something I am rarely able to say from previous holidays The weather was very hot, so the air conditioning and blinds were very useful for keeping the house cool. The house was spotless when we arrived and the three lovely en suite bathrooms were great with an instant and constant supply of hot water even when we were all showering at the same time. There are plenty of DVDs, books and games for people who want to stay in and beach or pool equipment for younger families, and for cooler times of year there was a good supply of blankets and hot water bottles to complement the quality bed linen. Val de Milho golf course is a short drive (3 minutes) or 10 minute walk away and although not on the Villamoura scale it is a tricky 9 hole par 3 course but I did find it a bit expensive at 32 euros for 9 holes,a small bag of 5 old clubs and 5 old balls. Then found when I got back there is a bag of old balls in the cabinet in the lounge. Carvoiero is a 6 or 7 minute drive away and quite a busy little town with little parking space, with every type of eating and drinking establishment available together with the usual tourist shops and a few small supermarkets but for more serious shopping there is an Intermarche supermarket 10 minutes away and more in Lagoa a few more minutes. There are lots of beaches around Carvoiero but unfortunately not really any in walking distance All in all this is a lovely villa on a lovely complex with pool,bar and restaurant close at hand with much much more 10 minutes away and from our experience I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending it to families or groups

Home from home in the sun!
We've just had a very special time as a family here, really well equipped apartment just minutes from the pool and with beautiful beaches a short drive away. Everything is clean and in new condition, easy to self cater - perhaps better kitted than my own kitchen here in the U.K.! Loved it and would definitely recommend

fantastic villa.. highly recommended
We have just returned from our 2 week stay at this villa which was perfect for us. Having stayed in carvoeiro many times before we knew the area well. The location of this propert is perfect for the beach and has some lovely restaurants within walking distance. The villa itself was very well equipped and had a fantastic view of the sea. We will most definitely be booking again. 😊
