Villa met privézwembad en uitzicht op zee, gezinsvriendelijk, schaduwrijk vrijstaand paviljoen

Casa George is een gerenoveerde familievilla met 4 slaapkamers en een eigen afgelegen zwembad. Het wordt omgeven door volgroeide tuinen met sinaasappel-, citroen-, amandel- en vijgenbomen. Het huis profiteert van uitzicht op zee over open landschap richting Albufeira, Pine Cliffs, met name vanaf het panoramische terras op de eerste verdieping. Gezinsvriendelijk met kinderbed en-stoel. Het terras bij het zwembad is ideaal voor ontspannende dagen genieten van de Portugese zon en de ingebouwde barbecueplaats biedt een geweldige mogelijkheid om ontspannen buiten te dineren. De villa biedt voldoende ruimte voor een gezin. De achtertuin en het paviljoen bieden een ontspannend schaduwrijk gedeelte met meubels en een prachtig uitzicht over het open landschap richting de zee. Het paviljoen is een ideale locatie voor yoga en pilates met uitzicht over het landschap naar de zee.

De villa heeft een uitstekende directe toegang vanaf een landweg (geen rotsachtige routes, enz.). Een uitstekend lokaal restaurant / bar ligt op 300 meter afstand. Kleine winkels en supermarkten liggen op 5 minuten rijden. Grotere supermarkten zijn in Quartiera, Albufeira of Loule, een traditioneel Portugees stadje met dagelijkse markt op 15 minuten rijden. Er zijn veel restaurants, bars en winkels binnen een 10 minuten rijden in het drukke, Vilamoura, Albufeira of het rustigere dorpje Bouliqueme. Andere bezienswaardigheden zijn waterparken, golf (15+ banen), tennis, watersporten, karten, themaparken (Zoomarine) en bioscopen.

We hebben een houtkachel in de lounge laten zetten. Voor gasten die buiten het seizoen willen blijven, is dit een mooie functie. Er zijn ook draagbare kachels beschikbaar voor elke slaapkamer.

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in de mooie ruime villa. De tuin was top en onze dochter heeft veel plezier gehad van de vele aanwezige spelletjes en buiten speelgoed.

Stephen was very helpfull from the beginning and we had no problems whatsoever We had a very nice stay (of course helped by the weather) , very nice kitchen, nice pool , nice artificial pitch. Only negative thing we can mention is that people sleeping in the top floor can hear barking of dogs at night which can be annoying , certainly with windows open (maybe is normal in Portugal/such areas , but don't understand why neighbours / locals do not correct eachother in such cases) We can recommend this house to every one Kenny

We zijn met twee gezinnen een week in het huis verbleven wat goed is bevallen. Er is voldoende ruimte binnen en buiten, prima slaapkamers en (schone) badkamers en een goed uitgeruste keuken met een geweldige oven. We hebben eigenlijk niets gemist. Op het terras en de tuin is het heerlijk vertoeven. In de verte vang je een glimp op van de zee. In de voortuin staat een citroenboom met heerlijke citroenen vol smaak. Stephen is een prettige gastheer, hij reageert direct op je berichten en doet er alles aan om het naar de zin te maken. De locatie is ook prima, alle plaatsen binnen de Algarve zijn prima te berijden en binnen 5 minuten ben je bij grote supermarkten. Kortom, een echte aanrader!

We stayed at the villa with 3 adults and a baby. We enjoyed the accomodation, the garden and the swimming pool. The villa is located nearby a supermarket, which is very convenient. A rental car is advisable if you want to see all that the Algrave has to offer. All in all I would recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxed vacation with alot of privacy.

Just had a brilliant week at Casa George ! It was easy to get there from the airport. Very peaceful and quiet in a lovely rural setting and less than 10 mins to two major supermarkets. The villa had everything you need. V good kitchen, large lounge, huge sunbathing area and excellent gardens. First class pool too. It’s a 10 from me !

If you want a modern rectangular box with glass walls, Casa George isn’t for you. It is a large family home that feels just like that, a home.There’s lots of room, with 4 large bedrooms and large lounge/diner and has books, games and DVD to keep all amused indoors.Whilst the weather wasn’t brilliant when we stayed, the outside areas are extensive and well appointed. Watching the sun go down from the 1st floor terrace is a lovely wind down. The pool and barbecue area are suntraps and the new pagoda and furniture at the far end of the garden offer a quieter comfortable sitting area.We were very lucky in timing to be able to put lemons from the tree in our “occasional” drinks and also have freshly squeezed orange juice, from the trees in the garden, with breakfast.Casa George will make for an excellent base, away from the crowds for large groups and families, although I would recommend a car if you want explore or go the numerous beaches etc. in the area.

The villa is very well laid out with large rooms. We enjoyed having our own pool and used it every day. The location was good because we didn't want to be in a resort and having a car made it handy to visit the attractive and less crowded parts of the Algarve.

We have just returned from Casa George where we had a very relaxing week. It is only 25 minutes from the airport in a nice quiet area, not off the beaten track but not a main road either. The rear of the property is not overlooked and is very spacious with plenty of seating etc for a large group. There is a local Aldi and Lidl which are next door to each other only a 5 minute Uber drive away. The average cost for the Uber to these locations was about 4 euros.(takesome shopping bags). The recent addition of the air conditioning is very much welcomed. The kitchen is well appointed qith plenty of utensils and crockery. The communication with Stephen and Amanda was easy and straight forward with clear instructions on how to navigate thee property. If you are a family looking for a relaxing week we would highly recommend Casa George

Myself and partner, along side another two couples had a 5 night stay in this villa. From the minute we booked the villa we received excellent communication from the hosts regarding our stay. We were provided with contact details for the hosts should we require these and were also provided with a large document containing all the information we needed. The villa is situated a 10 minute taxi drive from Vilamoura Marina. We used Uber when staying and these were very cheap. It is also a short drive from Pingo Doce where we got all our food etc, also not expensive. The villa is very well equipped with everything you should require. The pool area is lovely, calm and peaceful. The BBQ area is great. The villa is very spacious. We never felt like we didn’t have our own space. We would recommend this to family and friends, and would not hesitate to return.

Our party of eight family had a very enjoyable stay at Casa George for 12 days. The property is situated in a very good location, convenient to coastal area and very private grounds. The house is well equipped and comfortable and the new air conditioning is a good addition. We made good use of the nice swimming pool and the BBQ. Our hosts were very helpful and gave us good information and directions. We would like to stay again sometime.

There is nothing negative to say about this villa, clean and plently of bedding and towells. Our first few nights were colder than we expected and the spare blankets came in very handy! Well equiped kitchen, pool cleaned regularly and the villa just has a nice homely feel to it. We managed to use uber to visit nearby towns, and supermarkets are around a 5 minute drive away. This is a lovely quiet spot that provides a relaxing holiday. Amanda was responsive to any queries both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property for 2 weeks. When we arrived we had a lovely surprise 2 bottles of wine and some beer which was much appreciated because of our difficult journey. We really enjoyed the villa plenty of room for our party of 10.

We enjoyed everything, Amanda and Stephen was helpful and answered promptly. It is a well equipped property with everything you needed for friends or family. The dogs around the place, on some nights were noisy, but otherwise no problems. Thank you it was very enjoyable.

It is exactly as the pictures show! A beautiful villa with a stunning pool and outside space. There is enough of everything inside and out! Its like a home from home. The games, pool table and tv with english/ netflix was perfect at keeping everyone entertained. The sun os always in the garden but the positioning of a veranda is perfect to get some shade or eat under. The local supermarket is only a few minutes away by car or uber. Vilamoura is also only 10 minutes away and is stunning with the marina for the rich (cars and yachts) restaurants, bars and beach. The only very small downside is that there is no air conditioning. They have given plenty of fans but at night when its 30+ degrees it can be uncomfortable. Communication was fantastic and we had an amazing stay! Memories made.

I booked this Villa for a 30th Birthday holiday get away and it was absolutely perfect. Amanda and Stephen were brilliant hosts who provided every detail about the accommodation prior to our stay which made checking in a smooth process. The Villa was clean and well kept, there was even a thoughtful birthday gesture left in the kitchen ready for our arrival! The Villa itself has plenty of space and is clean - there was a brand new powerful shower fitted in the downstairs bathroom. There are lots of different areas to sit and relax, eat food together and socialise. One con is that the Villa gets quite hot in the afternoon and at night especially when the shutters are closed for a period of time during the day. There are fans in each bedroom although I think air con would have taken the Villa to another level as we did struggle with the heat at night. We used Ubers to get around as you would need a car to get around. Vilamoura beach was around 20 mins away. We had lots of plans for the time we were staying there but all in all I think most of us enjoyed relaxing at the Villa the most and wished we'd spent more time there! Definitely going to keep Casa George in mind for future. Thank you so much Amanda and Stephen!

Villa lovely and spacious. 10 people from infant to 70 age. Outside area and pool very good. Coildnt see where the sea was though. All you need for large group to stay. Unfortunately the 2 closest restaurants were closed for the duration. Not really suitable to walk the 2km to the village where the supermarkets were sited. Lovely beaches nearby and lots of info on places to go and other places to eat. Cannot fault the owners, rapid on replies and extremely helpful. Only real downside was at night when the local dogs, or is there a compound, kept us awake for a while with barking. Settled on late g and t to help us along :) Nothing to do with the owners of Casa George! Thank you Stephen and Amanda for letting us stay.
