Vacances très agréables
Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables, logement très bien situé proche de la mer, au calme à 10 km env du centre d’Alghero un charmant lotissement avec un patio pour manger dehors. La déco traditionnelle faite d’objet chinés est originale. Merci à Angelica et à Franco pour leur réactivité et leur accueil

Absolut entspannte Pfingstferien
wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt in diesem schon etwas älteren, aber charmanten, ruhigen und sehr sehr geräumigen Haus. Frühstück im Freisitz hinter dem Haus und dann lange Spaziergänge durch das Naturschutzgebiet mit den spektakulären Steilwänden von Capo Caccia und Punta Giglio....Sandstrand in Laufentfernung oder andere tolle Strände in der direkten Umgebung. Vielen Dank an Angelica und Franco, die freundlichen Vermieter - wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

déçus par la maison
Nous avons loué une villa à 200 mètres de la mer avec un jardin tropical et avons trouvé une maison mitoyenne des 2 cotés et entourée d'autres maisons. Le jardin était une petite cour végétalisée avec une table pour 2 personnes...la maison est prévue pour 7 personnes. Nous avons toutefois passé un bon séjour, les environs sont intéressants et les plages très belles bien que plutôt accessibles en voiture.

In the listing the house is a terraced house, the sea and the wonderful beach is only m200 close to the house. Everyone can see in a google map, the house, the sea, the beach. It isn’t difficult. Many things are wrong in the response. The table in the garden is for 4 people. The guest paid € 100/day for 5 people.

Les plus: - La villa est spacieuse : 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain et un grand séjour - plutôt bonne communication, propriétaires arrangeants Les moins: - vetuste: mobilier / équipement / robinetterie anciens - pas propre - 1 climatisation par chambre, mais autorisé à n’en allumer qu’une seule simultanément. L’horreur compte tenu de la chaleur et l’humidité. - wifi tres lent

We are tired to explain the house is not a Five stars hotel. Every guest pays €20 for one night. The Wifi is the best in the area (TIM) and the most expensive and performing.. The furniture is not old but it’s shabby style. The house is very nice, the guests often don’t like the ancient furniture. The air conditioning is perfect, the split must start sequentially. the guest didn’t understand. The value for money is excellent.

Nice location
This property is located in a quiet area, just 200m from a lovely sandy beach. Beach is small initially but you can walk up the beach for some distance past the hotels if needed for space and the house has a sun umbrella and mats for use. There is a resturant and waterside bar in walking distance and a shop which is well stocked. If you want to eat out on a Saturday night you will need to book. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with the property overall. It is spacious but as a previous review mentioned some things are outdated and have been fixed with temporary solutions. It is in need of some updating and repairs, such as the broken blind in the en suite bathroom which we were unable to use when the light was on as the neighbours behind could see straight in. There was a refuse collection schedule which was quite specific and not really what we wanted to be doing on our holidays which involved us emptying the house kitchen bin of the previous tenants. We also felt that the cleaning could have been more thorough in areas particularly as a cleaning fee is charge when booking. Overall we felt this property wasn't good value for money but with some updates and a little TLC it could be.

We are sorry, the door to door waste collection service is not working in Alghero, and the city is very dirty during this Summer. This year low cost tourists from all over the world have invaded Alghero and the services are insufficient. Previous customers have done a lot of damages in the house. We have done the best to repair but in the Summer is difficult to find technician to repair showers, shutters, furnitures damaged.

Good accommodation with wonderful hosts
The apartment is nice. Some things are a little outdated and have been fixed with temporary solutions, but overall things work as expected. Kitchen is well stocked, although a microwave oven would be nice. There is really no beach to speak of accessible to the public that can be reached on foot, but there are wonderful beaches a few miles away. There is really not much around the property that can be entertaining for visitors. A couple of nearby high-end hotels could be a good resource but they do not allow non-guests to access their beaches or sometime even their restaurants. A car is pretty much a requirement to enjoy this rental. The two hosts, Franco and Angelica, are really what makes this property special. They went way beyond their "call for duty" to address any questions we had, and even invited us for an "aperitivo" at their home that turned into a sort of dinner! Highly recommended.

Una proprietà trascurata in un luogo ideale per una vacanza di mare
Abbiamo trovato la casa sporca, trascurata. Infissi rotti, impianto elettrico in cucina non conforme. Televisore dell'anteguerra non funzionante. Una giornata intera passata a pulire la casa. Il proprietario subito informato ha cercato di rimediare sollecitamente, proponendoci una pulizia straordinaria dopo 5 giorni di vacanza quando ormai non era più necessaria. La casa nel complesso potrebbe essere ideale per una vacanza di mare, ma necessita di manutenzione e soprattutto non può essere presentata agli affittuari come è successo a noi piena di polvere, con pentole non lavate, filtri dei condizionatori che non erano stati mai puliti da anni che abbiamo pulito noi. Caro Franco hai un tesoretto, ma dovresti guardare come sono tenute le case confinanti...

In risposta alla recensione di Sandro respingiamo tutte le affermazioni in quanto assolutamente NON VERITIERE: 1)I climatizzatori NON possono avere i filtri sporchi in quanto sono stati appena installati da professionisti e certificati e non hanno più di 30 ore di uso.2)L’impianto elettrico in tutta la casa è a norma e certificato 3)Gli infissi in legno sono funzionanti.4) La TV ,dopo 5 minuti dalla segnalazione del malfunzionamento è stata sostituita.Riguardo la pulizia della casa ,ci è stato segnalato tre giorni dopo l’arrivo e quindi non verificabile, e nonostante avessimo offerto una pulizia supplementare ci e’ stata rifiutata.

Sardinia summer holiday
We stayed at this property end of August beginning of September - two families - with x4 adults and x3 children - 7 -10 years old - Angelica and Franco were such great hosts - they picked us up from the airport, showed us around and made sure we knew where the local shop was - the beaches, the local restaurant, bus stops etc.. it was a great place and excellent location - it had everything we needed - it was a much more spacious property than I had thought from the photos. It had air conditioning, room to eat in the small back garden, A bbq, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine etc. There is a small Work top oven - but x4 hobs and is well equipped to make meals at home. We would definitely go back. Anything we needed assistance with or help at the house Angelica and Franco addressed straight away. Even lending us a bike to cycle to the local shop and umbrellas for the beach. It’s a beautiful part of the world and the house is very convenient to visit all the surrounding countryside and beaches.

Superbes vacances en famille!
Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable! La mer est à deux pas ce qui est génial avec des enfants! Alghero, à 10 minutes en voiture, est une belle ville et vaut le coup d'oeil, tout comme Bosa un peu plus loin au sud! La maison, mitoyenne des deux côtés, est parfaite pour une famille. Et les propriétaires, qui nous ont même invité pour un apéro, sont hyper sympas!

vacanza a Maristella
la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per poter visitare tutta la costa nord di Alghero, quindi il parco di Porto Conte. Si trova a Pochi chilometri da Capo Caccia, e quindi dalla Grotta di Nettuno, e a Pochi chilometri dalla meravigliosa Alghero nella quale trascorrere indimenticabili serate. La casa è fornita di tutto, cucina completa , salotto, piccolo giardino con barbeque, 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza: una coppia meravigliosa...ci hanno pure offerto un aperitivo sulla terrazza della loro meravigliosa casa (grazie di tutto Franco e Angelica!)

On se sent vite très bien et à l'aise dans cette maison à l'atmosphère particulière qui rappelle les maisons de famille. Nos enfants ont adoré. La mer est accessible à 5 min à pied. Maison très bien situé dans une résidence calme à 200 m de la mer. 3 plages différentes pas trop loin de la maison les une plus belles que les autres. La maison se trouve à 10 m de la ville d'Alghero qui est magnifique et surtout animée le soir. Maison spacieuse et bien équipé. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux d'Angelica et Franco dont nous avons passé une soirée ensemble très sympathique et chaleureux que nous oublierons pas.

Nette ruime woning vlakbij Alghero, zeer vriendelijke eigenaren! Aanrader!
Deze woning is ruim en netjes is van alle gemakken voorzien! Leuke inrichting, je voelt je direct thuis. Rustige buurt. Supermarkt in de buurt. Mooie stranden zoals Lanzarette beach op 5 min rijden. Alghero op ca 15 min rijden en zeer leuke stad! Angelica en Franco zijn zeer vriendelijk! We waren met 2 kleine kinderen op vakantie en we konden op de laatste dag na het strand toch nog even douchen in de naastgelegen woning! Wij zouden zo weer naar dit huis teruggaan als we op Sardinië willen verblijven!

Appartement très bien situé prés de la magnifique plage de Porto conte, spacieux pour une grande famille, très bien équipé, pas loin de la magnifique ville d'Alghero. Acceuil très chaleureux de la propriétaire et de son compagnon, et une très belle soirée passé ensemble qui restera dans nos souvenirs.

Un petit coin de paradis
Nous avons tout, vraiment tout apprécié dans cette location : la situation, au calme, proche de la plage, à peu de distance de nombreux sites à visiter, la propreté, l'équipement (Nous étions 3 couples de retraités). Et, cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil des propriétaires est des plus chaleureux. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.
