Perfecto para unos dias de descanso en familia
Chalet espacioso con todas las comodidades para pasar unos dias en familia. La limpieza genial. El anfritrion muy atento y servicial. Incluso nos facilito algunas cosas que le pedimos. Nos hubiera gustado diafrutar de la piscina pero no estába preparada, una pena dado el buen tiempo que hace en Valencia

Estupendo chalet en Alginet
Pasamos 3 dias en familia, el chalet muy bonito, comodo y limpio. Los propietarios Juan Pedro y Marta nos atendieron estupendamente y muy atentos que no nos faltara de nada, la piscina y jardin-terraza de maravilla, los niños se lo pasaron en grande, sin duda volveremos, lo recomiendo 100%

Cómoda para grupos grandes
Casa grande con todas las comodidades para un grupo de amigos como nosotros. Fuimos en invierno por lo que no disfrutamos de la piscina. Está en una urbanización alejada, hay que coger coche para todo pero una vez en la casa hay de todo. Lo peor que la caldera no era lo suficientemente grande para ducharnos todos.

SUPER SEJOUR !
La maison de Juan Pedro et Marta es formidable :magnifique maison dans un endroit très calme, ou l'on apprécie de se retrouver après une journée de visites dans les alentours. Elle offre tout le confort necessaire et plus....la grande piscine et ses abords très agréables . Nous avons profité du barbecue tous les jours. En resumé tout a été parfait sans oublier la disponibilité de Juan Pedro ou Marta. Merci Beaucoup à vous deux.

Lovely place to stay
Had a fantastic experience at the Villa. Pedro could not have been any more amazing. Would highly recommend. Ideally you would need a car to get around and visit Valencia but the property itself was just what we weee looking for. Great amenities and very clean. Just awesome. Thank you Pedro!

Spacieuse et agréable maison
Maison confortable et bien équipée. Nombreuses terrasses et espaces extérieurs permettant de profiter à chaque moment de la journée d'ombre ou d’ensoleillement. Grande piscine, quoique un peu fraîche mi-novembre :)! Le linge de maison ainsi que le nécessaire pour l'entretien était fourni.

La casa está muy bien y la zona de la piscina muy comoda. Pero a la casa le faltan muchas cosas necesarias. Por ejemplo utensilios de cocina (un cubo de basura, trapos de cocina, tabla de cocinar...) Los colchones horribles. No se salva ninguno. Son muy viejos y malos

Die Küche hatte nicht genügend Sachen für 8 Personen. Man könnte nicht richtig kochen mit nur 2 Töpfe Betten sehr unbequem Antwort von Besitzer nicht ausreichend. Bitte um Rückzahlung meine Kaution

Luxury Villa Near Valencia
Large & luxurious villa that is well appointed & has everything you could need. Beautiful pool & plenty of sun loungers & comfortable seating in the shade. A/C was most welcome and powerful plus the lounge had a large flat screen tv & big sofas to relax on. You need a car to make use of the villa which is situated about around 2 miles west of Alginet on the 'Avenue De Los Lagos' among other big villas in what is called the 'Urbanizations'. Alginet has a large Mercado supermarket with lots of free parking & a few restaurants & bars. Valencia centre was around 18 miles away but 90% of the drive is motorway (never that busy) so is quite quick & easy. Would recommend Valencia old town area around the Cathedral for eating out with plenty of choice & decent value. Also went to the Oceanografic park which is Europe's largest aquarium and despite being very expensive was a great day out with lots to see especially the dolphin show but do get to the show 30 mins early. Also buy tickets online to avoid large queues & once purchased you get the tickets sent to your phone like airline tickets which makes life easy. A walk through Valncia's Turio park is useful, worthwhile & beautiful as is the futuristic 'City of Arts & Sciences' where the Oceanografic park is located. Overall we had a lovely holiday which was made by the Villa being so beautiful & providing everything you could want. Thank you Juan.

Magnifique villa !
Nous étions 5, 2 adultes, 3 adolescents et nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette belle grande villa ; super piscine qui peut faire des jeux de lumière de couleur le soir, c'est très reposant. La maison est bien équipée, c'est conforme aux photos, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. La mer est un peu loin, 35 minutes de route au minimum mais on le savait avant d'y venir. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, souriant. J'ai reçu ma caution dans les 15 jours qui ont suivi mes vacances. Je recommande cette villa sans problème.

La casa está muy bien. Las vistas de la zona son muy buenas. Fuimos 2 matrimonios con 2 niños y estuvimos muy a gusto. Lastima que nos hizo mal tiempo y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina.

Que agradable sorpresa.
Somos de Valencia y buscábamos un sitio tranquilo donde descansar y poder invitar a la familia y amigos a refrescarse, pues bien a solo 25 minutos de Valencia esta propiedad nos ha ofrecido todo lo que buscábamos y mucho más, la propiedad esta muy bien equipada, nos ha sorprendido incluso habiendo leído los comentarios positivos del resto de inquilinos, el propietario es muy agradable y en general es de esas experiencia que quieres tener cuando coges unos de días vacaciones. PD.: Si alguno de los futuros inquilinos en el próximos mes ve un gato oscuro, de varios colores, pequeño, (sin dueño), con la cola cortada y consigue retenerlo, por favor llámanos (Raquel 677361305) estaríamos encantados de adoptarlo, nos conquisto, estuvo con nosotros todos los días y el último día decidió desaparecer.

Lovely holiday week in May
We were a group of 6 persons from Sweden going for a holiday week end of May 2017. The house is situated among other detached houses far away from the motorway and some 4-5 km from the nearest town, Alginet, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We had a fantastic stay in this spacious modern house. Especially we enjoyed the very nice pool and garden area which also had a barbecue/paella kitchen facility. The house was very nice and clean and we got clean sheets and towels on arrival. All the rooms are big, including the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 bath tub + 2 with shower). The kitchen had all necessary cooking equipment including separate oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer so we could easily cook our own meals. There was also a second refrigerator and freezer on the ground floor next to the pool and garden area perfect for cold drinks. You have dining table for 6 persons The spacious living room included a big flat TV Thanks very much for a fantastic week!

Estupenda casa cerca de Valencia
Casa muy confortable, limpia y bien equipada, en una zona tranquila a 20 minutos de Valencia y bien situada para visitar los bonitos pueblos del interior, así como para disfrutar de la playa que no está demasiado lejos. Es de construcción reciente y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. Es mejor que en las fotos y tiene una distribución muy cómoda. El propietario es muy atento y se preocupa de lo que necesites. 100% recomendable.
