Good communication with the hosts, clean and up to date accommodations. Convenient location to bus and tram. Easy walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.

Centrally located, great restaurants, close to the beach. Staff very helpful, apartment very clean. This was our second stay.

Lovely clean and spacious Appartment with 2 bedroom. Location is ideal and you have everything you need around within only few min walk just to note that as a results it can be a bit noisy at night during the weekend. Check-in was a bit confusing. We were told to call one of the 4 numbers provided but got no replies and we did not really know what to do when we arrive. It would have been simpler to tell us to go to the reception Overall, very happy with our stay

The location is wonderful, the apartment is clean, modern and has great accessibility with everything adapted for any disability. Two things I will point out to be improved and get a 10: get a better mattress for the bed and get a glassy door for the shower.loved my stay and recommend this place.

Great for long and short term stays
Great communication from the point of booking until check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was spacious and had all the amenities you would expect.

Loved Luxury Flats Bailen. Great location in the heart of the city. Lovely and spacious accommodation, really clean and a great base for exploring Alicante and the surrounding area. Staff lovely, and a special mention for Carolina. Will be recommending to others!

min familj och jag vilade i Spanien för första gången och vi gillade det verkligen. Lägenheternas läge är mycket bekvämt, allt är nära centrum och strandpromenaden, kaféer och butiker. Personalen är vänlig, vårt flyg var tidigt i på morgonen, men vi möttes och ordnade, de ringde en taxi tillbaka till flygplatsen.Vår lägenhet är ganska bekväm, bra skick, allt är rent och snyggt. En nackdel: våra fönster har utsikt över innergården, det finns en restaurang, en tvättstuga och mycket buller från huvarna. Men generellt sett har vi vilat ganska bra och nästa år vill vi resa runt i Spanien igen.

Amazing location. Apartment had all the amenities that we exchanged. The only downside is that you have to park about 5 mins away and can't deive up to the apartment. Still woul definitely come back. Highly recommend.

OK in general but Pictures on Expedia do not reflect the reality, totally different. You have to go deeper on a website to understand that default picture interior you will get in case of big family (6 people ) room only.

Very nice appartment and perfect location
Easy communication with the office before arrival. And when we were at the adress, it only took a few minutes, before a very helpfull staff member where there to let us in and show us our flat. Everything is new, very nice and bright, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. And we even got soap, sponge and a towel for the kitchen - as well as towels for the bath, off course. Everything for cleaning is also available, if you want to swipe the floor during your stay. A few metres away is a reception, where you can leave your luggage, if you have a late flight. The location is just in the middle of the old town, but still a quiet road. We enjoyed our stay here. A few hooks for the towels in the bath and kitchen would be nice, though.

Perfekt lägenhet.
Rent och fint när jag kom. Helt ok matplats och en soffa om man ville se på tv. Det enda jag saknade var något ställe att hänga upp handdukrna på dusch och toalett. Bra läge i staden för att kunna uppleva det mesta av Alicante.

Le seul avantage de l'appartement est son emplacement privilégié près de l'ensemble des activités d'Alicante (plage de Postiguet, centre ville, boutiques et restaurants etc.). En revanche, appartement plutôt décevant, avec équipements qui semblent déjà usés et prestations au rabais (fenêtre/lucarne qui donne sur couloir de l'étage avec lumière permanente, pas de savon ménager et un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour un séjour à 5 d'une semaine...) et des travaux dans l'immeuble non stop toute la journée qui auraient du être annoncés en amont (auquel cas j'aurais changé la réservation).

Sorry.but the works are not in ours apartments..and not depend on us..the apartment is new and has 5 months of life..strange
