Duplex with 40 m² spread over 2 floors. Living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and bathroom on the first floor, and a bedroom with a terrace on the upper floor. Air conditioning, TV, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and air conditioning. A 3,000 m² garden with a 20-meter pool, barbecue, swings, and a trampoline... Registered as a rural tourist accommodation (VTAR/HU/00758).<br>The Property<br>The villa is set in a centuries-old olive grove, of which 10 saplings remain today.<br>It is a guesthouse in a<br>privileged setting, with the Marismas del Odiel Natural Park just 2 km away, offering views of various migratory birds (flamingos, cranes...).<br>Its facilities and location allow guests to combine relaxation, the pool, the beach, outdoor activities, and visits to points of interest in the province of Huelva.<br>It is located 7–8 km from the provincial capital, 5–6 km from the beaches of Punta Umbría, and 3 km from a golf course and pine forests where you can go hiking or mountain biking.<br>Visits to Doñana, El Rocío, the Gruta de las Maravillas, the Monastery of La Rábida, the Dolmen de Soto, or nearby Seville can be excellent options for guests looking for more than just sun and beach. Its proximity to Portugal—about a 30-minute drive—is also worth noting.<br>Guest Access<br>The bungalow features private parking, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a large 1,000 m² garden with a barbecue area and a 20 m² private pool.<br>Other points to note<br>The spiral staircase leading to the upper level is a structural barrier for people with certain disabilities. In such cases, the duplex has a sofa bed in the living room.<br>The pool does not have fences or similar barriers to prevent access. The danger this poses has led us to decide to allow only adults.<br>Pets are allowed (dogs only and by prior arrangement).<br>Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas of the accommodation.
