'Nice brand new hotel. Only twee weeks ago opened their doors as they said. Staff is really doing the best to make you feel well. We found our room nice and modern, just a little bit small for two persons and a child of 11 years. The mattress in the child bed was really hard! Another (small) issue was that the hotel does not have a car park. We were not prepared for that and were driving around the area a few times until we found Southgate Shopping Centre Car Park. Quite ok, I think about 13...

'Great value overall. Handy location, fairly easily walkable to most areas of interest. Property very pleasant atmosphere. Room well-considered and spotlessly clean. My room was overlooking the busy road by the main entrance and it was quite noisy with traffic, even during the night next time I would request a room at the back. '

'Mooi hotel met ontzettend leuke kamer. Ligging is perfect en het ontbijt is erg goed en uitgebreid. Wat een stuk minder is is de service, de receptie is rommelig. Wij bleven 3 nachten de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en was er geen koffie, thee en fris bijgevuld, Schone handdoeken waren op het (onopgemaakte )bed gegooid. De laatste ochtend belde we met de receptie of we iets langer in de kamer konden blijven ( minder dan een uur…) en dat was geen probleem maar 10 minuten ná check-out...

'Het hotel is erg netjes. Kamers schoon. De kamer was wel heel erg warm, gelukkig was er een ventilator aanwezig. Ramen kunnen maar een klein stukje open. Het hotel ligt op 20 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum ,maar de weg is wel erg steil. Parkeren kost 10 pond. Voor de deur parkeren.'

'Lovely hotel in an beautiful location on the prom. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/beach etc. Large car park with ample parking spaces. Only issue we came across was the TVs in our room had okay signal, but were a bit temperamental to start up and lacked a lot of channels. Other issue on the day was the lift was sadly not working, and we were on the 4th floor, so lots of walking! 😂'
