'Let me start by saying this property will be amazing and has so much potential. It is massive and absolutely gorgeous in the rooms, minis the weird stench in the hallways, usually in the morning However, with it being brand new, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. 'It was uncomfortable having the owner checking if we have the AC off when we exit the bedroom. She was concerned about the cost of electricity. I think the money that I paid should account for electricity. If I leave my house for vacation and I pay to be in a place. I would like to be able to enjoy and feel free to use the AC as I wish. 'We had a great stay celebrating my birthday at the little bay house. Mike was very communicative months before my stay and helpful with connecting me with resources while I made plans.
