'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '

'The hotel supposedly has a shuttle to pick up people from the airport. But once you arrive from Europe without phone credit or data, there is no way to reach the hotel to request the shuttle. The hotel was not very clean (not awful either). Breakfast was terrible: sugar wrapped in plastic. Area around the hotel not great.'

'Nice hotel close to town. A bit further from Glacier west entrance than we thought, but still ok (45 minutes). Breakfast was much too basic, not much choice and no hot items. Watch out for their small print conditions: upon arrival we were informed about the ‘complimetary’ activities like wifi, gameroom, pool, ‘free’ paddleboards and kayaks and we were given ‘free’ coupons for drinks during the daily (very early) happy hour. 'Unique and immaculate cabin (Pioneer), helpful and kind staff who were also very friendly. We enjoyed the mules too - no petting was hard but the mules sought out our company so that was a good happy medium. Just a few miles from West Glacier park entrance. '

'We stayed here one night while passing by on our way to Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. The hotel is by far the nicest one in the area, everything looks very warm, cosy and clean. Also the girl at the reception was very friendly and checkin was quick. Before we left we got some great tips from a kind hotel employee in the breakfast area the saved us real time (because of road closure we weren't aware of). We had a great stay and we would definitely book here again.'

'Bed was very comfortable (only had 3 pillows which was odd since it had a pull out bed and every other hotel we’ve stayed in has 4 or more). Air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that to hotel staff they said there is an override at the front desk and they changed our a/c settings and if we wanted the setting we chose we should have asked for them to keep it that way. Wasn't impressed with that answer. Decent amount of interstate semi noise; just be aware. '

'You can't beat the location of this hotel and the convenient access to top hiking trails. The staff and dining are excellent. I have stayed here twice and my only complaint is that the mattresses are uncomfortable. '

'Hotel is gunstig gelegen tov Glacier NP. Alleen 150 euro per nacht is echt teveel voor wat je krijgt. Geen lift, ontbijt echt minimaal, kamer is ok. Douche en toilet in 1 kleine ruimte. Wastafel in slaapkamer. Gelegen direct aan de weg, dus oordopjes mee. Diverse “restaurants” in de nabije omgeving. '
