'Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon '

'Large comfortable bed, very big for city hotel standards. Check in was fast and efficient, and portiers were very attentive. However, the loud interior decorating was definitely not to our taste and the in-room dining Caesar salad was not tasty. The breakfast selection was varied. Waiters were fast and attentive. The milkshakes, which we ordered after reading some reviews, lived up to the fame! All in all a comfortable city hotel.'

'Parkeerplaats is ondergronds met directe toegang tot het hotel. Jammer genoeg net iets te laag voor onze terreinwagen met rooftoptent maar ism security hebben we het creatief opgelost. Handig gelegen op wandelafstand van supermarkt PnP en een paar take away en andere fastfoodketens. Diner in het restaurant van het hotel was lekker en bediening was super.'

'This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. '

'The hotel was very nice and very well kept. The buffet breakfast everyday was good but I did get tired of the food after so many days staying at the hotel. One thing I did not like was that washcloths were not given unless asked. And when asking for a new washcloth, the dirty washcloth had to be turned in. It was such a a weird situation. There are many double standards, i.e. No place for people to enjoy the day and have theri smoke aditioction. the signage around the facolities state that smoking is not allowed neare than 50m, but the indoor poole has a smoking area 5m away from the building. only 1 little area that says smoking, but only maybe 5 people can satnd there, the people want to relax in there own environment. "We chose Kingdom Resort for its proximity to Pilanesberg NP. The room was clean and specious. The staff friendly. Meal options beyond expectations and tasteful. The restaurant is not very atmospheric, but the he food is good. For kids it is paradise with a pool and many activities."
