'Hotel is wat ons betreft absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Eenzijdig eten met sterk wisselende kwaliteit. Kamers zijn wel schoon maar stralen absoluut geen gezellige sfeer uit. Zoals trouwens het hele hotel. Word bijna geen Mexicaanse en Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek gedraaid. Personeel wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!!! Ideale ligging wat betreft de malecon en de marina. Als minpunt de wat chaotische check-in (kamer die de dag ervoor al klaar had moeten zijn was dat nog niet) en de aanwezigheid van met name Amerikaanse jongeren die komen om te feesten.
