'Pretty nice and enjoyable stay. I believe its owned by the same person that owns DHS resort just to the south of this place. Seems like the owner is pulling out as much cash as he can and only putting band aids on the things going wrong. This place desperately needs more staffing and a higher quality maintenance crew to bring the maintenance shortfalls up to date. 'We wanted to stay at a resort style hotel with a family friendly atmosphere and amenities like a large pool, gym etc. We were very satisfied! Our 2,rooms were larger than expected, very clean and comfortable with full size kitchens and 1.5 bathrooms so we were very happy with our stay. The property was well kept and the staff very accommodating. Ample parking was a huge plus as well. Recommend Palm Canyon Resort highly and will definitely book again when visiting the area.'

'I have stayed at this location several times. This trip I was disappointed with the air conditioning in my room. The thermostat was set to 60 degrees, you would think it would be chilly, but it was never cool in the room. I had to request a fan in order to sleep comfortably. Not sure if the entire resort was the same, but many peers I traveled with said their rooms were not cool either. At times it did feel like the common areas were not very cool either. Otherwise, I do love to visit this...

'I’ve been going to the V when they were owned by Sonder. Now that they are not, there are some changes. Although Everything is still the same. The quality of the service room and cleanliness was great. The only thing I was surprised by was the deposit fee of $100 per night from what they told me. I understand that it’ll be refundable after but I wasn’t informed about that when I booked a room on this app. Just wish it was disclosed. Other than that, this hotel is great. Had a good stay.'
