'Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! '

'I was hesitant to stay at this hotel given that I am over 70 and it was clear from the advertising/comments that the main demographic appears to be adults in their early 20s to mid 40s. I am so very glad that I overcame that hesitation and spent three nights at CitizenM Back bay in mid September. 'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'
