consists of 3 double bedrooms + 1 shower room.
Finally, the large terrace
is furnished for sunbathing with hammocks and deck chairs and allows
you to enjoy exceptional sea views. There are also brick benches and
coffee table for sunset aperitifs.

Villetta Carmela is an ideal vacation home for families and children, being right in front of the sea in Capilungo, just 50 meters away. Here the shoreline is a low, walkable cliff and the sea is clean and transparent.
Capilungo is a seaside resort on the coast of Alliste, in Lower Salento.
The
quiet resort offers all the main services in summer and makes it
possible to reach in a few minutes other renowned destinations in
Salento, such as Lido Pizzo, Punta della Suina and Baia Verde among the
beaches of Gallipoli, just 11 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 61 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
