The kitchen, also located on the upper floor, provides access to a shaded outdoor space equipped with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors.



The lower floor, which can be reached by both external and internal stairs, has another living room with air conditioning and TV, as well as a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin room, and a bathroom with a shower box. On the lower level, there is also an outdoor space furnished with outdoor furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze.
