On the first floor, the villa has a suite with a double bed of 1.60 m x 2.00 m and a bathroom with a bathtub, a second suite with a double bed of 1.40 m x 2.00 m and a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a single bed of 0.90 m x 1.90 m, as well as a bedroom with a double bed of 1.40 m x 2.00 m and a trundle bed of 0.90 m x 2.00 m. An additional bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor.
