Mooie 3 Bed Home in het exclusieve Vale do Lobo Resort 20 min-Faro luchthaven

Onlangs gerenoveerd tot een zeer hoge standaard dit prachtige herenhuis met 3 slaapkamers in het hart van het International Vale do Lobo Resort, op 20 minuten rijden van de luchthaven van Faro. Perfect voor koppels of gezinnen, dit huis ligt op 5 minuten van het zandstrand en alle fantastische voorzieningen die dit gebied te bieden heeft.

De woning heeft een grote voortuin met eethoek die leidt naar de ingang. Open lounge / eetkamer met Britse kabel-tv en Wi-Fi, verder zonneterras aan achterzijde. Volledig ingerichte keuken met alle moderne apparatuur en ontbijtbar, magnetron, wasmachine en vaatwasser.

Hoofdslaapkamer met kleedkamer en ensuite badkamer met regendouche, terras aan Hoofdslaapkamer met ontbijttafel met uitzicht op zee.

Twee aparte slaapkamers delen een badkamer met douche.

Groot privé dakterras met uitzicht op zee en ligbedden die de hele dag zonnebaden. Eettafel voor 6 met parasols en gas-BBQ.

Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Anlage mit anderen Ferienhäusern. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und einen Minigolfplatz, wo abends immer was los war.Schön sind die vielen Balkone, morgens konnten wir auf dem kleinen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer frühstücken, den Abend haben wir auf der Dachterasse genossen.In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer mit herrlichem Sandstrand, was super war, so konnten wir morgens oder abends nochmal kurz ins Wasser.Wir hatten bei der Anreise etwas Schwierigkeiten das Häuschen zu finden, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der sehr schnellen und hilfreichen Unterstützung von fewo-direkt bzw. der Vermieterin!

Overall we had a good stay. There are lots of positives with the property, the mains one being location and proximity to the heart of the resort and the owner / host was incredibly responsive and jumped to action when things went wrong. There are some areas that let the property down a little, which is why I have scored it a 3. We were four adults and two children in the property, and I would say it’s more suited to two adults and four kids as the twin rooms are compact (appreciate that’s subjective!) The master suite is lovely and spacious with a great bathroom, although the one cupboard was full so we had to empty to use and clear space in the draws on the landing. In general the house just wasn’t geared up for a larger group of six for example there are four chairs round the downstairs table, four sun loungers, pots and pans are small so hard to cook for six people. The final point is that this property is NOT a resort member, so every time you want to go to the pool, take a sun bed on the beach etc. you pay the full rate and not the member discounted rate. Again just something I hadn’t quite understood (my mistake) but this makes a meaningful difference to a family of six. Hopefully this is helpful feedback.

Working holiday

This was the perfect place for me to get away from Canadian spring for a month and enjoy a beaulutil beach and great golf courses located within walking distance. The restaurants were also great this year with a few more additions from lasr year. My only hesitation with this rating is giving away my best kept secret! Thank you Jane!

Excellent villa

This is our second stay at this wonderful villa, the location is just perfect. It is just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and beach. Everything what you need is in the villa. Fantastic welcome back on arrival. We love the rooftop terrace for breakfast and late afternoon drinks. We look forward to booking our third stay very soon.

Comfortable stay in perfect location

House is in great shape, very fresh and with a great location. Several outdoor spots to sit depending on time of day and with even a view of the ocean. What could have been better, if I have to say antyhing, is that we och on some parts found the equipment level to be lacking. For example the umbrella on the roof was in barely functioning state and in the kitchen we missed some things like a cheeze grater and, just one knife(bread knife), no trays to put food on etc. The coffee machine was broken on arrival but the service keeper fixed it within hours. To get cleaning and new bed linen/towels a couple times during our stay also a great plus. Communication with Jane the was swift and also super helpful. I would consider renting this property again and promote anyone else do the same.

We had a fabulous stay at this villa, location is perfect, minutes walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Fabulous roof terrace with sea views, lovely and clean. Great communication with the owner too! Highly recommend! We will be back.

Algarve Beach Resort

The condo was spacious enough for the four of us. You can cook in or there are a number of restaurants on the resort to choose from. There was nightly musical entertainment in the centre square and we felt safe to walk around the resort at night. There are stairs and ramps as it is a hilly area but only a short ten minute walk to the beautiful beach. The beach is wide and long and has nice soft sand. If you are looking to rent two chairs and an umbrella at the beach the cost was €32 per day. We went to the Continente Store and purchased four beach chairs and two umbrellas as we were there for nine days. Jane the owner was very helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything. The main breaker in the electrical box stopped functioning and there was no electrical in the unit and Jane quickly offered hotel accommodations. We started out in Lisboa and drove to Faro. Car rentals are very expensive. The round-a-bouts can be challenging if you are not used to them, the side streets are narrow and parking is limited. You can easily take a train to Faro and hire a driver to take you to the condo and around to any of the local places.

Cosy house near the beach in the older part of Vale do Lobo.. Three nice bedrooms with AC, view from terrace. Jane was great to communicate with. The heating with AC in January was at most ok. But what do you expect, renting a summer house in wintertime. We recommend this house!

Really nice townhouse, very short walk to the restaurants and beach at Vale Do Lobo. House has all the mod cons and a lovely terrace on the roof with sea views. BBQ really useful. Very spacious for 4 adults. Owner and agent were both really helpful. Highly recommended if you want to combine some beach time with a few rounds of golf at the stunning courses nearby.

Awesome property

We really enjoyed this condo only steps from the ocean in amongst two world class golf courses. The roof top lounges and BBQ were much appreciated as well as the great tv package that allowed us to kick back and watch movies and golf at the end of the busy days. We would definitely rent here again!

Óptima localização

A casa é muito acolhedora e funcional . A localização privilegiada em relação à praia e “praça”, o sossego e arborização circundante fazem desta habitação uma óptima escolha, Apenas de referir o facto de não conseguirmos sintonizar os canais de TV portugueses. Sugerimos a aquisição de mais talheres e uma máquina de café, bem como o possível isolamento da porta metálica de acesso ao pequeno terraço pois sobreaquece excessivamente . Recomendamos esta casa de férias pois a nossa estadia foi muito agradável.

Lovely house in a great location

The house is located just a few minutes downhill walk to the communal pool and beach/sea. Several places to eat also in the same location as pool. Owners were great to communicate with and would most certainly return to the house if I were to go back to Vale do Lobo.
