The spa is separate from the hotel, according to their rules, should be booked for a specific time. The reservation for renting spa is conducted in advance because the spa is heated. We are very apologize that you didn’t informed about the reconstruction on the 8 floor. All information was in lifts and on reception. Please accept our sincere apologies for such an unpleasant incident. Of course, such behavior of restaurant staff was unacceptable. We appreciate any comments about the quality of service in our hotel. Noticing disadvantages, you help us improve the level of service and prevent same situations in our future practice.
