'Tuvimos una experiencia hermosa hospedándonos aquí. Desde el momento en que llegamos nos hicieron sentir súper bienvenidos. El lugar es muy acogedor, cómodo y perfecto para descansar y disfrutar del ambiente del Valle de Guadalupe. El servicio fue excelente, todo el staff fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitábamos. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle para que la estancia sea especial. 'The location is nice for what it is but not really worth the price. The place is too rustic and run down. I book for three people. They gave us a queen bed room with a broken futon. The first one was literally broken, the metals were on the literal floor. I requested a new room the minute I got there- however I was ignored by the property manager and the owner. The following morning my concerned was address and a new room was provided. Same kind of room, queen bed and an another broken futon....

'The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right.'
