'I had to move to 3 different rooms. First room no shower. 2nd room musty because you couldn't turn off the bath tub water. Also, toilet almost over flowing when flushed. The last room was an upgrade and nice. Still, only 1 of the 2 ACs worked. I found the cleanliness acceptable. Prior users did write their name on the window due to dust and it couldn't hurt to clean the AC filters. The rest felt and looked clean. Lastly, loved the girls working the receptionist area. They worked hard to find me...

'Great price, but it seemed the most attention was to the beds. Kitchenette area needed a major update (rust on units). Very dim lighting and an incredibly small TV made it basically pointless to watch from the bed across the room. Friendly staff, but I don’t think I will stay here again. '

'Room was dirty, tv remote didn’t work. Had to get more towels. Vendin machines on bottom floor, no ice machine, pool out of service, floor lamp inoperable, and hair dryer burned up. Other than that and ripped up comforter on the bed, it was tolerable.'

'We stay here often. The staff is very friendly and they are so good at taking care of their guests needs. The owner is amazing with my children! My toddler makes a point to go to the office to visit her. Our room is always clean. There are tv’s, WiFi, microwave, mini fridge, shower tub combo, breakfast is provided in the lobby every morning, the man that cleans the rooms is so kind. This is my main selection for my hotel stays in Lubbock due to the cleanliness and affordability. '

'The property condition was really the only downfall to our stay. The entire second floor flooring was bowed and bouncy. Our room had a large dip by the bed that you tripped on all the time. Bathtub was loose and repaired with caulk. Overall a very nice hotel that looks like it was recently remodeled, but maybe cheaply done? '

'Checked under mattress, had large stains and huge collection of black remnants that I can only hope was not bed bug feces. Unacceptable at any price.'
