🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫 Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. Gatherings, parties, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these house rules or the platform's community standards may result in immediate removal from the property, with no refund for unused nights.

🧺 Laundry Note: The washer and dryer are shared with the neighboring unit in this duplex.

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll be able to select whichever protection you prefer—either a modest damage-waiver for accidental mishaps, or a refundable security hold that automatically releases within 24 hours after checkout.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
