'Upon check in we were told there is no restaurant, no vending machines and only one ice maker was working... But it wasn't. We had no TV, (took 1.5 hours to set up a Roku stick), then ran out of water during a shower. We were told we could get a refund or change rooms. Changing rooms took over an hour as staff had to search for clean rooms. This room also ran short on water as the toilet would take an hour to fill in between flushes. We have not heard anything else about a refund or a discount...

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks.
The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. 'We had such a great experience at the Grand Lodge. I've stayed here a few times before and the overall experience has been well worth it. The pool & hot tub are excellent, there's an on-site restaurant for breakfast, and the rooms are comfortable & have all the necessities. There's plenty of on-site parking.
