Niet comfortabel
Helaas is deze woning ons erg tegen gevallen. De badkamers zijn goed en comfortabel, netjes. Keuken redelijk recent maar erg krap. Het doet zijn werk. De rest van het appartement is erg gedateerd en krap. De grootte van de slaapkamers is ok, maar de bedden zijn alles behalve comfortabel. Het ouderlijk bed is 140x190 ofzo. Er hangt alleen een airco in de woonkamer, dit volstaat niet voor de slaapkamers (die erg heet worden). Er is 1 mobiele ventilator in huis aanwezig, ook dit volstaat niet voor 3 slaapkamers. Daarnaast is het allemaal erg gehorig en wist ik wanneer de bovenburen voor welke boodschap naar de wc gingen (ook snachts helaas) en kon ik vanaf 07.30u meegenieten van het nieuws welke er boven ons werd aangezet. Ook een aantal nachten was het buiten/in portiek onrustig. Kortom al met al hebben wij hier niet ons rust en comfort kunnen vinden. We hebben zelfs overwogen iets anders te huren in onze vakantie, helaas niet zo makkelijk in het hoogseizoen.

Passar utmärkt när man är 4-6 personer sovrummen tillräckligt stora med klädskåp.Köket litet men med bra kvalité på det mesta.Värden var toppen allt fungerade!!

Making memories
Spent 3 weeks at Maria’s apartment with my wife, my son and his wife and our 2 grand children. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool had a life guard and was always well kept. The location is exceptional, close to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Maria is a great owner and was always available if we had any questions. Thanks

Vi har åter fått en underbar vistelse i denna fina och välutrustade lägenhet som ligger centralt 5 minuters promenad från San Christobalstranden. Vi är två par som bor här. Lägenheten är perfekt med två badrum i varsin ände med sovrum bredvid. Detta ger avskildhet om man önskar. I mitten ligger sällskapsrummet och stor balkong. Köket ligger vid entren. Vi kan bara konstatera att våra 16 dagar har varit helt fantastiska.

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Très agréable pour le séjour de 2 couples. Rien ne manque pour passer un bon moment de détente. Petit bémol les badges du garage et du portail fonctionnent mal.

Bel appartement bien situé
Appartement aménagé idéalement. Deux superbes salles de bains, machine à laver et lave vaisselle ce qui est plus. Terrasse très grande et calme et pas trop ensoleillée ce qui est un plus lors des chaleurs d Almunecar. Le seul petit point négatif est l étroitesse du lit de deux personnes alors que la chambre pourrait en contenir un plus grand. Maria est très sympathique et discrète En résumé : adresse à retenir

Fantástico alojamiento y ubicación
Hola, Solo deciros que la ubicación es privilegiada. El piso está genial (baños nuevos reformados). La atención por parte de la anfitriona María Rosario y Noemí son de lo más correctas y amables. El alojamiento cuenta con una plaza de garaje en cochera que puedes disfrutar de ella. En pleno centro zona de Playa San Cristóbal. Nos dieron permiso con unas tarjetas para disfrutar de la piscina situada en el jardín principal del residencial. En fin .. una maravilla. Gracias Familia. Martín

Mycket prisvärd, rymlig och bra lägenhet.
Mycket bra och snygg lägenhet nära strandpromenaden och många restauranger. Stort och rymligt med moderna badrum och kök. Fin balkong med eftermiddag o kvällssol. Välutrustat kök. Vi är mycket nöjda med med vår vistelse.

Nos hemos alojado 6 personas, todo muy limpio, espacioso, habitaciones grandes y colchones muy cómodos dormimos de lujo, terraza muy grande y cómoda para comer y cenar, con todos los detalles para poder hacer vida, a 3 min andando de la playa y supermercado.... sin duda 100% recomendable.

very nice apartment overlooking green gardens. very close to centre of town, supermarket and the beach. apartment has access to secure underground garage for a car. important as parking in almunecar is impossible. but access is very narrow for larger cars. complex is very secure. locks to get in and out. if there was one criticism it would be for air conditioning in the bedrooms. ( only a/c in living room. however there was a fan. would definitely recommend to others. thankyou Maria for a lovely week in your apartment

Great apartment in great location
The apartment was spacious, very clean and very comfortable, and well equipped. Unusually for a holiday apartment, there were supplies of essentials such as dish- and clothes- washing liquids, toilet rolls, shampoo and soap, rubbish bags and clingfilm, and basic food items like salt and pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. The mattresses, pillows and bed linen were of good quality and gave a good night's sleep. The wardrobes had plenty of hangers. The bathrooms had marvellous, large showers. The balcony was a good size and had a table to seat 6. The outside space was well-maintained and attractive. There was an underground garage but we didn't really need it as there was free parking at the roadside. The apartment is situated close to the sea and many restaurants and bars, and it is only a short walk to the centre of the old town. There is a large Mercadona supermarket very close by. We walked up to the excellent Friday market, and also up the very steep hill to the Castle! There are interesting places to visit, such as Nerja and Salobrena, only a short drive away. We highly recommend a visit to Almunecar and a stay in this lovely apartment.

We had a lovely stay in this well-equipped, comfortable, peaceful and conveniently located apartment. Easy parking, two minutes walk to the beach, supermarket just around the corner ... what more could you ask. Maria was superhelpful and also bought us some groceries since we were arriving on Sunday when the shops are closed. Almuñecar is a lovely town with a local feel, great beaches and a very long promenade for walks. Plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended.

Piso muy espacioso y limpio, tal y como muestran las fotos. No le falta de nada. Está a 100 metros de la playa, con todo tipo de servicios alrededor. La plaza de garaje cerrada se agradece, con comunicación directa por ascensor al apartamento. La terraza también muy espaciosa. Sin duda repetiremos.

Nice part of town, close to the beach, good bars and restaurants and everywhere walkable. Municipal market just up the street for all fish/veg/fruit/meat etc with a good bread shop close by. Easy walk into the old town to Bodega Francisco I. Both bathrooms with nice big walk-in showers (I'm tall and well built so this was important to me). Balcony got sun in the afternoon. Free parking very close but the garage came in handy when the town filled up during Semana Santa. Nice grounds, looked like it would be a good place even in summer (not too hot). Pool was being overhaouled (in April) for later. Maria was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Seriously considering re-booking - I usually change villa/appt. every year.

l'ensemble correct
l'appartement bien situé proche de la plage et commerces, il est spacieux la terrasse offre un espace agréable mais il manque le mobilier pour les repas. Deux salles de bain donnent un confort pour une famille avec les enfants. Une remarque à faire pour la propriétaire une seule la literie est vraiment médiocre le reste rapport qualité prix correct.
