Other Notable Aspects

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with visitor information.

Additionally, we charge a deposit of €800 to guests. This amount is intended to ensure compliance with property rules and protection against potential incidents. The deposit is managed in accordance with established policies, offering transparency and security for both guests and hosts.

Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (early arrivals before 3:00 p.m. can be arranged upon request). Arrivals between 8:00 p.m. and midnight incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival. We organize check-ins between midnight and 1:00 a.m. with a surcharge of €100, also payable in cash upon arrival.
