Lovely property and extremely clean and warm .

Lovely property and extremely clean and warm .Bit of a slope to the property which could be a problem if you have mobility issues..The welcome pack was nice but I would have preferred some milk for a brew as we arrived late evening and whilst the wine was a nice touch it doesn't beat a cup of tea .Thank you for a good stay and happy to recommend to others .

Lovely cottage! Four adults we spent three nights there.

Lovely cottage! Four adults we spent three nights there. It had everything we needed. There was a good feeling to this place. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. Very clean. We couldn't fault it. We would definitely recommend as we would go back and stay again ourselves. The only reason I gave the location a four and not a five was because the street sloped up to the house which my husband did struggle a bit with as he does have an health issue with his legs, but there is nothing the owner can do about that. There is so much to do around the area, Alnwick castle is just a short walk and very good. Holy Island 35 minutes drive.

A lovely place to stay and the small private courtyard is ideal for a cheeky BBQ.

A lovely place to stay and the small private courtyard is ideal for a cheeky BBQ. Well equipped and located just a few minutes troll from town centre, it's an ideal base for exploring beautiful Northumbria and its stunning coastline. Town was quiet during our stay and things were only just reopening post-lockdown, but that didn't spoil a lovely break. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This is our second stay at Rosehip Cottage. The lovely cottage is comfortable, warm & very well equipped. A suggestion I would make is maybe a dark roller blind or darker curtains in the second bedroom to avoid early awakening in the light summer mornings. We hope to stay again in the near future.

Nice cottage well furnished and comfortable and very clean. We did find the on road parking which we did know about in advance quite hard on the narrow and fairly steep street.
