'Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. '

'Clean room, comfortable bed, free breakfast & plenty of fast food places nearby'

'While staying at the heritage inn, the first thing I noticed was that the room phones did not work. I then called the front desk from my cell phone and watched no one answer the phone. I didn’t get my room cleaned or received fresh towels at all and had to walk to the front desk for more toilet paper. Then the pool was ice cold each day and no one came to assist in making the experience better. '

'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'We've stayed here a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are catching a show at the Pageant or Delmar Hall. There's tons of stuff to do around the hotel, and it's all walkable. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'
