Le George, Southern France Country Home

Although the smaller of the three homes, Le George has spacious rooms and charm that is comfortable for two or more. Newly restored but still proud of its previous barnyard function and French countryside character. This attractive abode still celebrates its origins and its endearing wooden ceiling beams and spiral staircase. With its westward facing windows, Le George is the perfect place to awe over the colourful sunsets with a glass of local natural wine or your warm mug of tea. Le George sleeps 4-6, has two bedrooms that have a queen and double bed.
Interior: The upstairs attic can also be used as a bedroom with three extra single mattresses available for slightly larger groups. All the bedrooms can be found upstairs as well as a bathroom that has a toilet, shower and bath. Downstairs is the living, kitchen and dining areas. It is a nice large open space for people to enjoy each others company. The living area has two sofas, coffee table and a wood-stove. The kitchen facilities include an island, electric stovetop and oven, fridge, dish-washing machine and an extensive collection of plates, cutlery, pots and pans. There is another toilet downstairs in the laundry where guests also have access to a dryer and washing machine (shared with Maison Elise).
Exterior: shared amongst the Gauginelles properties, guests at Maison Elise are welcome to use the large saltwater pool, woodlands and garden space. Le George has a pleasant courtyard located to the left of the entrance which is a peaceful place to eat, enjoy company and the sounds of nature.
