'When we arrived at 20:30 we were told that the kitchen was closed and no room service available either. So we had to order take out and have it delivered to the room. The room itself was ok, except the bathroom was very old and very small. The room was too hot with no option to turn on AC or shut down the heating. View over the lake was very nice. '
'Talking about a room with a view? Try to get room 22 or the one on the 3rd floor directly above for an astonishing view. The hotel itself is neat and clean, and including sauna and steambad, very nice! The breakfast buffet was up to our standard and the surroundings in the Swiss alps has been as always brilliant. So all and all a very nice stay, we didn’t extend our stay with another day for nothing!
