The country villa in question consists of two completely independent apartments.

The apartments are located in a country villa surrounded by forests, rivers, and natural springs. This natural setting is also close to the sea, making it the perfect place for a vacation that offers the best of both worlds: countryside and natural landscapes plus the beach and the sea!
Within about 15 km, you can reach several seaside towns such as Savona, Albisola, Varazze, and Vado Ligure, along with their respective beaches.

Furthermore, thanks to its strategic location, it’s easy to visit major Italian cities such as Turin, Milan, Genoa, and Pisa.

Apartment A: (max 8 people)
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (200x200 cm) and another with a double bed and a bunk bed.
Upstairs, there is another double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a spacious living area comprising the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher).
The living area features satellite TV, a sofa in front of the charming fireplace, and a panoramic view of the private garden surrounding the house.
Large, energy-efficient triple-pane windows allow you to enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of nature while ensuring excellent thermal insulation and respecting the surrounding environment from an energy perspective.


Apartment B: (max 10 people)
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a large, elegantly furnished, and newly renovated kitchen, a bathroom with a spacious shower featuring chromotherapy, a whirlpool, and multicolored mist jets, and a comfortable living room with satellite TV and a double sofa bed facing the charming fireplace.
On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms and two additional single beds.

The sunny, south-facing, and fully fenced-in garden is the perfect spot for outdoor aperitifs and sunbathing. You’ll also love the outdoor patio with a barbecue and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven for your apartment’s exclusive use. (Each apartment has its own private outdoor area)

The hammock in the garden is ideal for moments of relaxation and for promoting your mental well-being and harmony.

The garden is completely safe, making it ideal for children as well.

From the property, you can reach a small natural beach along the river, near the house.

The country villa is located near a restaurant, a bus stop, and several trails through the woods.

Parking is no problem, as you can park your car in the private garden.
