'Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes! 'We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. The cottage has everything you need - washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, TV and WiFi. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful. '

'This house was really special and lovely, the location hard to beat. You could easily get to grocery stores and local places we've loved for years, or trot down to Burlington or Waterbury. The water was rare as it's a silt bottom (rather than rocks), and very shallow. Great for little kids, or if you want to walk far out and watch the sunset. The kayaks were wonderful to use to go along the coast on calm mornings. So grateful we were able to make more memories here!'
