'Everything good, things that can improve: the water pressure is low, and there are no “Do not disturb” door signs, so a cleaning lady knocked on the door in the morning, even though we were checking out that same day. Otherwise comfortable, clean hotel in front of a shopping mall.'

'The room was big enough we didn't feel crowded and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and attentive. We called in a problem with a leak in the bathroom when we moved in and within 5 minutes Hugo was there helping us move into another room.'

'El lugar está muy bien es muy céntrico queda muy cerca de la catedral hay bastante comercio cercano y las personas del hospedaje son muy amables lo único malo es que no se puede regular el agua caliente de la ducha y hay un poquito de humedad en una de las esquinas de la habitación pero en general me agradó el hospedaje sin dudarlo me hospedaría nuevamente ahí'

'Como siempre un lugar de primera. Sin embargo, es una tristeza enorme que le estén quitando el carácter rústico colonial a los cuartos. Están horribles los nuevos baños y clósets que no tienen nada que ver con el estilo único de Villa montaña'
