We stayed for a month. Mobile home is older, so there were cosmetic issues. The bathrooms are in need of some TLC and maybe some updates. Air conditioner couldn't keep up with the Texas heat, so we woke up sweating nightly in the master bedroom. The secrional in the living room comes apart due to the latches being broken and the cushions need new zippers. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen has most essentials. Dishwasher does not work. Sugar ants kept finding their way into the kitchen and dining room daily (there was an ant bait thing by the window when we checked in, so it was known before we got there but the bait was ineffective). The neighborhood was quiet. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall not a bad stay.
