I appreciate your comments about the garage, it is hard to photograph the home without including that it is there even though not listed as you indicate. I've considered one day adding a storage "shop" like many homes in the neighborhood have, but until then the garage is where all the essentials for the property maintenance are kept secured. The same local small business has been servicing the property for years both before and during my VRBO hosting began. They were in the property hours before arrival and are very familiar with changes after the nearly 100's of services. Filing a claim against the stay's protection waiver is not punitive, and should not be considered such. Things happen, and that's what it is there for (both parties), we're all human. There are numerous sets of sheets available in the linen closest if there's ever a problem. Kindly reach out in the future for acute issues so I can solve them in real time, I try to have back ups and support in many layers should something happen to anyone. Happy travels!
