'A good hotel in Alter do Chao. Rooms are good and spacious. They have a couple of small pools and own beach. Hotel area is quite green, nice and well maintained. A restaurant is very good, the food and the service. A bit crowded in the evenings, as it is quite popular. A neighborhood is quiet, village life one. The town central square is 15 min walk. Ilha do Amor, the main attraction, is another 5-10 min walk. It was a dry season, the water level dropped and it was possible to walk to the place....

'Pousada boa, atendimento, proprietário bem prestativo'

'The location is excellent, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The staff are wonderful - friendly, helpful with tours and restaurant recommendations. The room and central areas were very clean, gardens lovely, the pool was also clean and refreshing. After wandering around Alter do Chao and seeing other accommodations I would go back to this one again.'

'Quartos grande. Camas confortáveis Ar condicionado bom Tv estava com defeito. Quartos não tinha dividirias boas, eram divididas por cortinas.'

'Basic hotel'

'We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. It’s a nice, small, family-run hotel with very kind and helpful owners. They were especially accommodating and allowed us to check in after the regular check-in hours, which we really appreciated. The rooms were decent and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel offers excellent value for the price. The warm hospitality from the owners made our stay even more enjoyable. Great value, friendly service, and genuine...

'Nice and good located hotel. Not very fancy but good value for the price you pay. Friendly and helpful staff.'

'Perfect location steps away from central square and Teatro Amazonas. Good historic building. Good rooms and service. If you would like to get the best of Manaus on the budget that is the place. Really good. Thanks a lot.'
