'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Buru Hotel. Everything from the moment you check in is absolutely wonderful. From the owner who is present on the property, to the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. All of our tours were arranged through the hotel and were as expected. We are so glad we chose this ecological hotel, it really made our Amazonian experience so much fun.'

'Great service. Food was ok'

'Bed was hard and not enough pillows'

'The place is okay but far away from the center transportation may be cost you a little.. also the place don’t refund customers if you change places'

'What an amazing experience from the get go, Cesar met me at the dock and led the way to this beautiful secret piece of heaven Satori , it was perfect , so peaceful, my cabin was perfect clean , towel and mosquito net (although I was not bothered by any) I enjoyed the breakfast and my coffee in the morning. Cesar is just amazing felt like a good friend! His hospitality is so kind, welcoming and warm and nothing is too much to ask, he will help with anything! I’ve been introduced to delicious...

'Very nice place just a little noisy from the traffic outside'

'Hotel is disgusting dirty. Hotel employees try charging you double for everything. I pre paid a hotel and was told I didn't pay for it and that Expedia doesn't pay them. Do not go here. Was charged double for dinner. Paid for an experience thru the hotel. Which advertises that they have an English speaker at hotel which doesn't doesn't. Paid for 2 hours to do the caiman for 2 people. Hotel employee gave us tour all in Spanish in the pitch black on the Amazon river couldn't understand what he was...

'Nice'

'From the moment we arrived, Esteban and Vanessa went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. They picked us up, helped us settle in, and thoughtfully arranged our tours with such care and attention to detail—it felt like staying with close friends rather than at a hotel. Every meal prepared by the staff was delicious, fresh, and made with love. We were always looking forward to what was next! The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—easily one of the cleanest places...
