'I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I loved it so much that I extended my stay. The location is absolutely perfect. The beach is directly across the street and the hotel even has its own private dock, which is the most beautiful place to watch the sunrise. 'The room was very clean and the AC was super cold. Its right in town, and our room was loud. Its close to the beach, but all the beaches in San Pedro are overwhelmed with sargassum. The maintenance man, Carlos, was super friendly. Not a whole lot of amenities there, but for the price it was good if you are looking for a clean room in town.'

'The place was nice and clean and nicely landscaped. There are serious pricing discrepancies on the units and no two people paid the same price...on top of which we were charged a substantial surcharge for air conditioning whereas others were not. Staff are responsive and attentive but do little to market the resort, ie we found out that they supplied drinking water after 4 weeks of hauling it from the stores. Generally we were happy with our stay and we would go back but knowing what I know now...
