'The only issue was cold water and the internet wifi did go off for a few hours. I did receive a credit on my room and also a free upgrade for the issues with my water into a cottage house. The hotel was very accommodating and made up for the issues I had on my stay. It’s a beautiful propriety with a private beach. '

'The staff and service at Reef Haven were amazing!! The dock, water at the dock, the pool, bars and restaurants were all wonderful and beautiful. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated and had more amenities than we expected . We has a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with kitchen, balconies and ocean view. The beach would be beautiful if it wasn’t for sargassum’s but that’s a problem all over the Caribbean facing this way. We only spent 2 nights and realized once we got there that they don’t offer...

'When we got there the room was fresh and clean . Friendly staff , so helpful and very very attentive.. clean beach !
Felt very safe , when I woke up for the early sunrise on sea front . Very private and relaxed feel. Food and cocktails were delicious.. Had a very pleasant stay with my family. Definitely a place we would stay again. '

'We had an amazing beachfront room. There was so much space and the view was incredible.
Everything at Pelican Reef Vilas was outstanding!
The beach was kept clean, the pool, the bar area and all the staff were incredible!
If I could give them more stars I would!
The people of Belize are also amazing!!

'I turned the AC off while I was not in the room and would turn it on when I got back. The room cooled down very fast. The room was clean and the rain shower head was so relaxing after a day in the sun. The staff will help arrange golf cart rentals and direct you where to get dinner but the BEST dinner I ate was at Jacks Poolside Bar. The owner is a chef and his food is delicious, makes a great breakfast as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you don't care about having an ocean...
